Two weeks ago I had my good front tires rotated to the back so I thought. Today I bought new tires for the front. To my surprise In the back I have an old tire that needs replacing and a good tire. I always buy new tires two at a time. That is all I can afford. All this just before a long trip. Last time for me. It is just wrong

Neat but had to work to find things. The only issue was most walmarts are set up slightly different.

I have been to this auto center multiple times with mixed results for car services, but the workers are most consistently rude and unfriendly. In the past the people who work the front desk are unfriendly, but today the representative was plainly rude. I called and was asked to hold; I did and was forgotten about. So I called again, the same person answered (immediately) and spoke to me disrespectfully when I had one simple question. Will not come back, and I suggest others go to Doug's Pro Lube instead, since they're always friendly and want to help you.

I will never again get my oil changed here. I had my wife take our truck to get the oil changed. She called me saying that they had her sign a waiver for low oil. I drove it the next day and smelled oil burning off and didn t think much of it thinking maybe they spilled some on the side of the motor when filling but the next morning when my wife left I noticed a puddle underneath the truck and never have we had any leak from the truck at all. So I crawled underneath to see what the issue was and the technicians didn t even tighten the plug for the oil pan. This is the most unprofessional and idiotic thing someone could do with someone else s vehicle. Now I have to put more oil in my truck when I just paid them $60 for an oil change.

Worst service I ever gotten from Walmart. Never coming back again. Their was only one vehicle in front of us and they couldn't put the tires on the vehicle because they didn't have time but they still had 3 hours left until close. If I could i would give them a negative number

I came to get new battery and have it installed because battery is in unusual place and hard to access. After about 45 mins, I inquired as I could see employees working on it. The head automotive manager was even out there. Seems previous owner tried removing bolt holding retaining bar and seized it. They had to use WD-40 and standard anti-seize to try and loosen. They ended up having to remove a lot of stuff to remove battery. They replaced battery, replaced everything and then ran checked on everything they removed or touched!! Everything works just like normal!!! All this was free! My cost for everything, battery and tax!! Thank you all!!!

Took 45 minutes but they had plenty to look at while I waiting and. I spent alot of money at walmart this day people are robotic they do the job but not many smiles and itvseemed like the walking dead but they were not reap zombies .but they provided quality service and fair price just wished they would smile

Wasted my time waiting for a tire change. Get back there after waiting nearly 1 1/2 hrs saying they couldnt find my locking lug nut. Just had them cancel the transaction. Get out to the car open the glove box and it's there. They didn't look obviously. Terrible srvice.

Absolutely the slowest place around to get a tire fixed, first in line and still took over 30 minuets to finish. That's considering they pulled it right in when I Gave them the keys

Don t bother trying to get a tire repaired. They always come up with some excuse of why they can t do it and try to sell you a new tire. Also, the person at the counter today must ve been having a bad day or something because she was very rude to me and other customers.

Was rude and not helpful. Didn't want to answer any questions I had. Ended up calling the store manager. Decided not to finish shopping for my car in their store due to the poor service experience.
