Roger and his wife are fantastic people to do business with. They are honest, fair priced, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Roger spent time with me on multiple occasions to make sure we were getting the right transmission and converter for the project we are building. They will price gouge you over 50% if you have them order the parts. Roger "doesn't care what is right" and the price is the price. Had no problem taking advantage and misleading customers. Real good people. BBB

Rogers Transmissions was recommended to me when my clutch went out about 30 miles from home. They responded quickly with a quote and met it perfectly once the work was done. They were friendly to work with and did the job right.

These guys serviced my truck and looked at exactly what I asked them to. They didn't try to upsell me on any extra parts or labor that was not needed either. I work most of their open hours, due to this, I literally dropped the truck off, got the report, paid, and picked it up without seeing a person. LolI'm satisfied and will be returning with my other vehicle soon for some help diagnosing its trans issues.

*The only reason I gave a 2nd star is because the people were friendly.*I made an appointment to have them check my transmission. I even specifically told them I believed it was a solenoid issue. At the end of the first day, I was told there was nothing wrong with the transmission, and it was electrical. This cost me $75.00. I then took my truck to a repair shop to have it tested and they ended up replacing the solenoid(s); even though they don't actually do that sort of repair.

Roger's Transmission sucks. Don't waste your time and gas going here. I called this place to see if they could put a tcc solenoid in my 95 Ford Taurus and how much they would charge me for putting it in. And they said they could do it, they quoted me a decent price and set up an appointment. So I took my car there on the appointment day and time. Then I waited a couple days for them to call me and tell me when they put the part in and completed the job. Instead I just got a phone call from them saying that they didn't put the part in and that they weren't going to put it in. They tried telling me that the tcc solenoid tested fine and turned when they didn't test it and didn't even take the time or do the work to see that. Other wise they would have charged me for it and they didn't charge me for anything. And I could tell that they didn't even move my car from where I had parked it. And I had 2 people run a diagnostic on my car before that that said my tcc solenoid needed to be replaced. So I ended up taking it to DC Auto n Truck in republic soon after. And they put the part in for me for a decent price, without running another test on it or arguing with me. And it fixed the problem. No thanks to Rogers Transmission!
