This is a one stop shop in my opinion. If they don't have it nine times out of 10 they can order it and if not they can guide you to the salvage yard that may have your part. Now what kind of place could help you like this other than O'Reilly's Auto parts give it a shot come on in we enjoy your business. When you shop it O'Reilly's you're like family. Families help people in need.

This is the rudest place that I've ever been. I usually don't leave bad reviews but the Monett store is horrible. I told them what I needed and he basically said that my Dad is stupid. My Dad has been working on vehicles for longer than this guy could probably even imagine. I don't plan on returning to this store any time soon, or even at all. The Mt. Vernon store is great, I would recommend them to anyone!!!

This is just like any other parts store. This particular store has a Friendly staff and most of them are knowledgeable. This store also does auto paint which is a nice option that other stores may not have. Just like every other parts store in the world, sure it's possible they can sell you the wrong part, but from my experience if that happens, they are very good about making it right with you. The only thing this store is lacking is a large variety of tacky decorations and ornaments for your auto. If your looking to bolt, screw or glue a bunch of cheap junk to the side of your car to make it look "Cooler" I'd chose Pep boys or Auto Zone

They will not stand behind the parts they sell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give less than one star if I could. I even called corporate they still want a receipt because the box the part came in with Springfield Ozark distributing and part number and manufacture laser etched on part is not good enough. Make sure you get behind counter to make sure they put your phone number in correctly. Can you say hello rock auto goodbye old friend O'Reilly Auto Parts I want a divorce. Sincerely bought three dorman lifetime warranty window regulator and motors, should've bought ac delco!!!

Most of the time they try to tell you what you need even when you tell them what you want. You can go in there and give them the part number nobody knows how to look the part up, what happened to the days where you could go in and give them the part number and they would go back and bring it up.

I've always shopped at O'reilly's auto parts. I like their price and their inventory.I went in to order a PCV valve at Oreilly's of Monett, MO. The front desk cashier was friendly enough, but he made me wait while his computer was loading. He then went on to help another customer beside me. I was patient so I waited. The supervisor walked by, talked to the front desk cashier, looked at me and the other customers being helped, then proceeded to ignore me. He then proceeded to talk to the other customers while I waited. I was blown away as I was completely ignored out of all the customers there.I never was a person to complain or point fingers when it comes to racial profiling or prejudice, but that day "white privilege" was present. It irritated me that O'Reilly would hire a supervisor that would look the other way when a customer was being ignored. They kept stating that the computer was still loading - I'm not that naive. Their monitors are new as well as their front desk equipment.I was there before the other customers, yet I was ignored & forced to wait. All the other white customers were being helped; received what they wanted and left promptly. I waited for another 5 minutes. It was then I knew I was being treated differently.I have nothing against O'Reilly's as I will still shop there. But I have decided not to return to Monett's O'Reilly. The workers there are racist - as well as the supervisor. Stay away from Monett's O'Reilly if you're a minority.

Could not buy the parts I need. Because they did not have changed for a hundred. Had to go to AutoZone where they get more business. And they had no problem with my hundred.

This store was really helpful when our alternator went out in our Honda Odyssey. We were from out of state and going from Neosho to Springfield on a Saturday. After running tests on the battery, the gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) was so helpful, even though they didn't have an alternator he called another parts place in town to see if they had one, they did not. Closest one was in Neosho. All the electronics started shutting down as I was talking to him. He suggested if I could get a new battery I might could make it back to Neosho. And instead if trying to sell me one of their batteries suggested I try to see if the place down the street (big box stores) would exchange it since my battery was just a couple months old from them. He informed me to not use anything electronic on the way home, including breaking as little as possible. We did this and I was able to get back to my in-laws and spent the next 6+ hours changing the hardest alternator I've ever changed (I've done 2 prior to this I think). I just want to say how helpful this O'Reilly's personnel was even though I didn't make a purchase from them! Thank-you!
