Our sliding glass door got shattered and Monett Glass gave us the most affordable quote. They told my husband that they had the glass in store, so he removed the door from our house and drove it from Republic to Monett only to be told they have to order the glass, after he had called the day prior to confirm. So they ordered it and he went through the whole process again. Upon picking up the door, he was given a razor blade to scrape off excess silicone. A little excess is one thing, but this is ridiculous. We won t be recommending them to anyone.

Always a great experience, the guys are so nice and fast. Just had a windshield installed this week and they ve outdone them selves getting me back on the road in a timely manner again!! Thanks guys

Have had the worst experience with this company. First used them on a bathroom remodel for a new glass shower surround. Took them over two and a half months to get the job done after coming twice to measure the job, but once they got it done we were pleased with it but it should not have taken that long to get it done. We have now been waiting for over eight weeks to get a storm door glass replaced. Two young kids showed up to do the initial measurements and acted like they barely knew what they were doing. I waited two weeks and didn t hear anything so I made my first call to find out the status of the install. I was asked if I wanted to go ahead with the work and I stated yes as I had told the guys who measured that I wanted it done, I was told that they would order the glass of which I thought they already should have done. I waited a few more weeks and called again seeking a install status update, I was told they would check on it and was put on hold after a long wait I was informed that they would have to call me right back. After waiting again for another couple of weeks I never got a call back. I have called a third time this past Thursday and got the same response as twice before but this time was told they couldn t find the work ticket but he thought he saw my name on the glass out in the shop and he would check on it and call me right back. It has now been an additional week with no call back from anyone. Needless to say I WONT be doing business with this company ever again. If they do get around to calling me they certainly won t be doing any work for me. Going to call a more reputable company with better business principals. Oh and the price they quoted me for just the glass is over a hundred and fifty dollars more than what I can have a whole new storm door installed.

After waiting three weeks and two rescheduling for them to come out to measure for the glass it took another three weeks and several phone calls that went unanswered, my contractor had to stop by to get an answer that they would follow up on a price. Two weeks after that they say it would be another four weeks to get the trim and the owner was extremely rude and told me I might as well find somebody else because he was the owner and it only been a week. Funny I ve been waiting six weeks on them. Made two more calls to other glass companies and they ll both be out tomorrow, guess I should ve done that a lot sooner but they were recommended.

Monett glass has always been honest and strive to meet my needs! I am very impressed with the service there. I work with trouble teens so I replace a lot of windows. I have bought glass everywhere but this company is awesome. The price is reasonable and if they are off the slightest bit on the measurements they will fix it immediately! I would give them 10 stars if I could

I am so pleased with my new windshield I couldn't be happier. I called needing to get an appointment as soon as possible I'm with squeezed in and all too happy to wait while they did the job. The shop has a family-friendly waiting room that is both clean and comfortable.

I called the new place in Aurora after I sent a rock through my bedroom window with the mower. They acted like they had no idea how to fix it and were no help. Called Monett glass, like I know I should have done first, and my window is fixed and it s perfect. Keep up the good work!

Now monett class is a place to find the windshield you may need for your vehicle if they don't have it in stock they can order it for the most part. I managed to get my windshield for my 1986 Ford F-150 with less 3 days tell me that isn't a good deal top of the line customer service so I give them five stars so when your monett check out monett glass and mirror

They quoted us a price. We agreed. They ordered windshield and we came in several days later to get windshield. I dropped car off came back and went to pay and it was 60 dollars higher than quoted price. I enquired young receptionist and all she did was shrug her shoulders. I just paid and went on. Lesson learned. The windshield does look good.

Best glass repair I've had. I had 1 chip done by another well known repair company and you can see the repair. I've had 2 done at Monett Glass and you can barely see the repair, they are amazing. Great service and a friendly staff. I will continue to go there for glass repair.

Best glass place in town, if you need anything done glass related go there. Have had many jobs done accurately and they are a very professional crew. Would go back. Five stars for sure.

We didn't even choose to go with this company after experiencing the incredibly rude customer service by the lady at the front desk. After asking a simple question, we got a rude, sarcastic response and then yelled at for apparently parking in the wrong area of the parking lot (there was no sign indicating we couldn't park there.) I hope her boss is happy with her sending customers with cash in hand back out the door.

They did a great job replacing the windshield on my Silverado. They even fixed the temp gauge on my rearview mirror (which hasn't worked since I've owned the truck).

Very nice and helpful staff, fixed the chips in my windshield and looks better than before the repair, is also safer now that the chips are fixed.

I went here to get a sheet of glass for my window in my home and they have very friendly employees on the really cheap prices. I even called around and they have the cheapest prices that I found.
