Came into Monett to look for a vehicle. Jimmy was fantastic. Such a sweet and honest guy. We are so happy to have stumbled onto his lot!! 10/10 would recommend.

I drove from Grove, Ok. to look at a chrysler town & country, Jimmy had all the right answers so I gave them my 2010 Impala and $4,000 cash for a 2012 that needed a lot of work. Jimmy was going to fix some things, did sorta fix the drivers seat, and a fog light that still doesn't work, it took several trips to get my title then Jimmy stopped answering my phone calls. I could go on & on about what he told me and did not do . I am 87 years old, told them this would be my last car. To me they are not honest. A man is only as good as his word. Their's is no good. I am looking into an elder abuse case. My word is good, Their's is not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY> I AM.

Guy that owns the place refused to even try to help me. Had 500 down to try and get into something making good money just didnt have a lot saved up. He scoffed at me when i told him what i had then belittled me.

If you value your time and hard earned money DO NOT BUY a vechicle from these people! They are nothing but liars and thieves. Someone stole my husbands truck so we went shopping for trucks we found this place found a truck and Jason told us NOT to buy the added insurance because this truck was checked out by their mechanic and it was not needed and he wouldn't pay for it! Well we only had the truck ONE week and the engine went out! They wouldn't even have the decency to replace it at their cost NO we have to pay out of pocket for the cost of the engine! And to top that off they have had the truck for over a month to do it!!! Ever time my husband calls no one seems to know what is going on with his truck. They have had the truck longer then we have had it plus they have already removed the money from our account to fix the truck! So fair warning DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!! Don't worry I will be posting this on my Facebook page also so people know how much you rob people of their hard earned money! And I will make the post public not private! I am contacting an attorney over this experience!

I have bought 2 vehicles from Jimmy's Pre-owned Value Center. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are good honest people that treat ya right. I traded in the truck that Paulette Testerman bought and I know that was a good working/running truck and I know that he personally paid to have the labor, fluids, delivered that truck and did them right and does not deserve the bad review.

Good selection of used cars. Easy transaction. Had problems with the car within just a few days. Have changed the battery, water pump and thermostat. I am disappointed because they didn't meet my expectation.

I can't say enough nice things about this place the owner and family that run this place are amazing. I bought an avalanche from them when it started to have problems they have helped get them fixed. Also ask the dad about how he met his wife. Awesome story. Great business. Thank you guys b

Have got three vehicles from these people over the last 15 years or so? Each was as advertised or better. Never got stranded in a car from Jimmy, never lost money owning one or re-selling it.People love to hate car dealers! .. if more dealers were like Jimmy's there would be a lot less to complain about. Cheers.

I've done deals with them 4 times over the last ten years. Just went there with a friend. They have been always profesional and good to me. I think she was happy with the car she got too.

I would highly refer this company. I typically dread trading vehicles, but this experience was very positive: they provided accurate vehicle information, offered a fair price and took care of seeing details through to the end of the sale.

They really helped my mom get into the car she wanted. The problem is that the car she wanted had duct tape and zip ties holding a lot of the parts on it. I'm still finding parts zip tied on. The latest one being the headlight assembly... It appears they either A. Didn't inspect the vehicle or B. Zip tied and duct taped parts on it to save money and sell it out.

So incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to work with you as much as possible. I've gotten two vehicles from them and they've treated me beyond amazing! I couldn't recommend them enough.

It's a used car lot. They have fair priced vehicles. Like any used car lot you never know what your going to get. I mean, it's a used car with 100k+ miles anything can happen.

Wonderful family owned small dealership... my 16 year old daughter bought a car from jr and they bent over backwards for us even fixing a problem that wasn t even their fault!!! I will never shop anywhere else !

There's being friendly, and then there's talking so much that you're intentionally trying to distract from anything that might have a potential problem. The salesman (Jimmy I presume) was the latter type. There didn't seem to be anything of good value that was also reliable.
