Pricing for big truck tires was good when Jason had the shop. Tall and LP 11R's. They are probably similarly priced with new owner. ?? I definitely question their alignment abilities. New tires are wearing just like the old tires were wearing. Front right tire is already junk. I probably wouldn't put Yokes back on our Honda either.

I came here to get some tires put on a car, and the service they gave me was very professional. The prices are great along with quality work and they don't waste time.

July 25, 2023 - after catching one of their mechanics (Gary I think his name is?) telling me some mixed information while attempting to over charge me. I came back with proof of recent paid parts and labor amounts from their shop that showed correct info and pricing. The counterman at the time (Tyler I think?) and shop owner made sure I was treated fairly and my truck was taken care of afterwards and I'm very pleased with my experience after everything was resolved. Thank you Friendly Tire! I'm back to enjoying my 88 F250!!! "Red, White & Wicked"

Service from the mechanics are seriously lacking. To each their own but there's better service in town. If you bring a vehicle you better know something about cars because they will attempt to overcharge you. Ownership is great but the mechanics are bottom of the barrel.

Jason is friendly, helpful and most of all Honest. I'll drive an hour to buy my tires from him! If you are looking for a good price on some Yokohamas, this is the place! Tire purchases come with free rotations! You will not find a better Tire dealer in the area!*review update 4/13/18*They noticed my low washer fluid dash light and filled my washer fluid without asking! I was very impressed by this act, and these little things tell a lot about an establishment!*review update 9/13/18*Got a new set of Yokohama G015's put on a vehicle and the price quoted by Jason was cheaper than 2 other shops by an average of $150! One of the other tire shop stated they could match the price but did not have the tires in stock. You can't beat Friendly tire and it's worth the drive to Monett to for new tires!*review update 6/1/19*I went in on a Saturday to get my tires rotated and it was staring to get busy. I literally waited 6 minutes before my tires were rotated. Jason and his crew do an excellent job and they don't mess around! They addressed a leak in my front passenger tire and also replaced my missing tire stem caps! I didn't notice until a few days later and thought that was amazing! It's the little things they do at Friendly tire that makes them so successful.*review update 5/30/20*I had a screw in my tired, and Jason was able to get it patched and on my way on a Saturday morning. Always speedy and honest service here. I travel from out of town to buy my tires from Friendly Tires! Thank you!*review update 4/27/23*Ownership changed over a year ago and it's not the same when Jason ran the place. New owner (Mike?) seems shady as I had some defective tires that were not half life on the tread. Didn't get a prorated credit on my old tires and new set seemed expensive (possibly inflation). I took my daughters vehicle in to get tires rotated and when the rotation was complete, I was told I had a bad sensor and it would be about $50-$55 to replace. Please note, there was no sensor warning directly before the tire rotation or any indication of a bad sensor at any time prior to service. Mike said they scanned each sensor and found a bad one. I declined the sensor replacement and got a quote from Walmart to replace the sensor for $25. Walmart scanned each sensor and notified me that the sensors were fine and one tire needed to be properly inflated. They performed this service for free.I'm sad to have to post this review as I have purchased tires from Friendly Tire since 2009!

Needed muffler work done, had an appointment to get that done in a very reasonable time frame. While driving there I picked up a nail, they fixed that quickly while I waited. The staff opened the door for my wife. We will be back.

Had a pretty good experience, reasonably priced, they were polite and friendly. Mechanic was professional and helped troubleshooting while I was present. Did a good job, car was broken, got it fixed at a reasonable price.

I love this place! I started going to them approximately 20 years ago. Expect a bit of a wait; The workers are awesome and make sure the job is done right the first time! Their prices may be a bit more but very worth the extra money! If something goes wrong with a tire they will gladly fix it.. They are also 1 of the few who have a machine for alignment or tow! Thanks guys for the awesome service.

My parents have always gone here, and once I had vehicles, it was the only place I'd go. They take great care of me every time. They're honest and fast. Prices are reasonable and I just don't have to worry about a thing!

We were driving through the area with our cat whom had a post op appointment when we saw the tire was going flat. Friendly tire ushered us in immediately and had us on our way in 10 minutes! Very friendly prices, great customer care.

This place is just a shell of what it used to be... Jason ran a great business but now it's under new ownership. Seems to be very slow every time I go, typically 2 hours for an oil change. Stopped in to have a flat tire fixed on my lawn mower was told to be 10 or 15 minutes.. only two other trucks on the lot getting tires worked on after 30 minuted nothing had moved. If it's not something you can drop off and leave there all day I would say just go to Walmart or fix it yourself, you will be glad you did.

Best tire shop ever in business. This place stays busier than a stadium the size of Kansas City Chiefs during the game. This place is insanely crazy busy. But they still managed to give great prices and great service in a incredibly timely matter. In-N-Out no problem.

12/4/2023-Came to get 2 new tires on the front and have the current front tires moved to the rear and have the 2 junk on the rear disposed of. They got me the 2 new on the front and left the junk tires on the rear and disposed of my 2 decent tire..From 5 years ago-Some dimwit about forgot to put my spare back and a shady guy was telling me that I needed to replace parts that I just replaced and had the reciepts to prove it.

The guy that replaced my car alternator was pretty great. I called the tire shop to inquire about mechanical work and was transferred to their mechanic shop. He booked my appointment for same day and fixed my car in about 15 minutes. Really good experience.

They should change the name to Amateur Tire. They installed a lower ball joint on my F150 but failed to tighten the nut on it, failed to install the vacumm lines at hub & failed to tell me that the wheel bearing was so far gone the wheel is about to fall off. But still charged me for a wheel alignment? I even went back & told them i didnt think the nut was tight. Counter guy assured me it was tight.I wouldn't let these shade tree mechanis change a spark plug in my lawn mower.

I never give 5 stars! They are amazing and friendly down here, when you walk in dont be overwhelmed though they are busy! Always busy because they are the best around and everyone knows it!

Jason is a great person to deal with on tires. Service and prices are better than any in area. Free rotation, free repair. He also has a team that does mechanical work. Ive had some issues with them. Mechanical prices are higher that most.

Went to Walmart auto first for a nail in my tire. They stated they couldn t fix it and I would have to get a new tire but they didn t have my tire in stock. Went to friendly tire in Monett expecting to have to get a new tire and to my surprise they were able to patch it in record time. My son and I were in and out. Thank you! We will be back!

Awesome place. Friendly people. Rates OK always did great job for me. That's where I go all the time I need something fixed on my car. Even bought tires there great deal. Never had any issues with them overall .great sevice...

I always buy my tires here. In the past year, I've been there 3 times. Twice for flat tires due to running over sharp objects, and once for a noise caused by something plastic that was broken. They didn't charge a dime. They are fast, friendly, and offer great service.
