These guys always get my Peterbilt and trailer a full service and grease it up in under an hour. Doug has some really good and friendly employees. I also love that I can drop it off after hours and put the keys in the drop box and they know exactly what to do to it without having to call and ask.

We have been taking our vehicles to Doug's since they opened. They have always provided professional, courteous and reliable service. They take the time to go over things with you and make sound recommendations and offer affordable solutions to common problems. Great staff! Keep up the good work.

Came in for a Transmission Fluid change and they did excellent! Customer Service was friendly and kind, will come here for any oil/transmission fluid changes

Been coming here for a while and can't complain on there work...but always have been charged $100 (or close to that) for an oil change....noticed they have oil change for $49 on the wall so I asked why I have always paid double that??? Nice people there told me my truck takes 7 qts and $49 price is limited to 5 qts.....I will be shopping around next time as it is hard for me to see why I am paying for 2 oil changes for an extra quart and a half

Always friendly, fast & fair. I love the option of drive up or local pick up & delivery to your home or office. Definitely not what you get in a big city! Quick, easy oil changes, vehicle and motorcycle inspections and super kind staff.

Have had nothing but issues ever since I came here. I came to get my oil changed and they hit Another car with my car, and was nothing but rude the whole process of getting a new headlight cover. And I was still forced to pay for the oil change after they crashed my car. Would not recommend this place to get your oil changed. Rude people with terrible service.

Love love love this place. I can trust Doug with any questions about my car and his staff are Super duper. It is so clean and comfortable while you wait too. You have access to drinks and snacks, there is free coffee, sometimes donuts and free pens! What else can you ask for!!!!

They were extremely friendly & very busy. Couldn't get in for my oil change. I wanted to pay for it in advance & bring my car back since the wait was so long. But they said no. That would be my only issue with this place.

If you really want the WOW service stop HERE! The service is grand! The staff is always friendly, very knowledgeable on what your vehicle needs and the personality of the place will make your time fly by while servicing your vehicle. Doug's also has refreshments to cool yourself on a hot Missouri day and free WiFi for your internet needs. I received a outrageously great deal when I had my vehicle serviced. Doug's Pro Lube definitely has a customer for life!

The best place for an oil change or quick service. They always give my son, 3 years old, a Hot Wheels car which has made this a must stop for him. They will pick up your vehicle while you are working and return it when finished for no additional cost. Good people, great service.

Tried tricking me buy trying to say they had to remove my front bumper in order to fix a head light. Went home and changed it myself didn't have to remove my bumper. Watch em their workers will try to get ya.
