Highly recommend Certified!! The level of courtesy shown to their customers is exceedingly high and unmatched, in my opinion. The waiting area is clean, as is the shop area. The mechanics are top notch with pricing being more than fair in today's economy. They have taken care of my needs the same day each time I have been there, even without an appointment. I wouldn't take any of our vehicles anywhere else!

I was not very happy with the service ! Or I should say No service! I went by the business and asked if he worked on Nissan s ? Told him I was pretty sure it was the transmission . He said sure bring it up! Told him I would need it towed ! That was the 1st $80.00. It set there for 1 1/2 weeks ! Never was moved! I would drive by every day ! Finally on Tuesday I went up there and told them I would just pay to have it brought back to my home! Mike said give me 1 more day I will bring it in and look at it! Never happened! So on Thursday had to pay $93.00 to another place to bring my car home! If Certified would have just told me no we don t have time or work on Nissan's. I would have saved 173.00 and almost 2 weeks before getting my car worked on ! And that money would have helped out on having it towed to Joplin !

The owner was super friendly and everyone seemed very knowledgeable. The prices was expensive but so are all of the other actual quality mechanics in the area. If your shopping around for the cheapest shop in town, id avoid going here. However if your looking for knowledgeable technicians that will treat you fairly then this shop should definitely be on your radar. They are fast too, they got my car done the same day i dropped it off, other shops said it would take 2-3 days. Glad i chose this shop.

My son s motorcycle was stolen in ARKANSAS and recovered in Monet MO. This towing company kept stalling to release a bike in my name and we called several times quoted a price of 160. The bike was never touched by the towing company as it was in the back of a pickup truck when the truck was towed. When I arrived to pick up bike after them promised no more fees. They added 70 plus dollars to the bill. Exactly what I asked prior to picking it up! These people are shady and liars!!

Friendly manager, but watch your wallet! Youtube-google states 15 to 20 min labor to replace brake light switch. I was charged $14.00 for the part, plus $140.00 labor to install the switch!!. Had a vehicle towed for a diagnosis, it needed several things and the cost was going to be very high so I informed them I was not going to pay that amount and we would get back with them to tell them where to tow it. When I called to pay for the tow to and from the shop I was informed that they already did the work so I owed $500. I informed them that I did not approve the repairs and we talked about the whole conversation we had previously. He then told me the repairs had already been done the first time we spoke and of course he said nothing about that at the time. I did not want to pay thier cost and told him that but he did it any way so I was forced to pay the $500. TOTALLY SHADY WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!Never will we trust them again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Coming through from out of town and discovered gas leak on our RV, these guys plugged it in no time at all and 10 minutes later we were on our way! Super nice and very professional and would not accept payment. A great experience!

Under new ownership as of June 1st 2022, completely different than what it has been the past 5 years! They won't perform a repair before speaking to the owner to get it approved and they offer the best pricing you can find!

Always great service. Paul and Dave are great workers and are straight forward about repair costs ect. I ve been taking my vehicles to them since they ve been open. Was quoted 35 dollars to hook up to machine and tell me what's wrong. Finished charged me 65 to get my keys. Scam artist
