I had a wonderful experience today, my first visit to this store. I usually shop at the Aurora store but this was very convenient. Thank you for the wonderful customer service especially since I wasn't used to its floorplan.

I went in Jan. 18 to get a diagnostic review because my check engine light came on. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet & patient about my ignorance of my car. I went back in later & he put oil in my car. I didn't get his name, but he was so nice & sweet, and so was the rest of the staff. I watched one employee help a lady with a broken tail light. Great crew there AutoZone, I hope I don't have to go back but if I have auto needs that's where I'm headed!

Today, I met the manager, Randy out on his lunch break. I noticed the uniform and name badge and had been having a warranty issue so wanted to ask about it. He was very polite and so nice for helping me, even on his personal time. He took down my name and number and said he would look into it for me and get back with me. I got a call about two hours later with some helpful information. I don't know if the original issue will be resolved yet but wanted to thank him for his awesome customer service. It is so rare these days. It was a breath of fresh air when dealing with issues from other companies. It felt good having someone who actually cares and actually called me back.

The guy checked my battery in my car to discover I needed a new one. I was quoted double what other people in town would charge. Should have taken my business elsewhere, but I needed it done quickly and was in a big hurry. I'll go elsewhere in my community next time I need a battery.

I had one of their employees, a gentleman yell at me for an issue that I wasn t aware of nor did I have any control over since it was not my vehicle, I was doing a favor for someone. He was very disrespectful and rude to me. I myself work customer service and I couldn t imagine talking to one of my customers the way he talked to me. I felt so disrespected and upset at the way he talked to me that I decided to call and talk to one of the managers about the incident. He didn t even offer an apology, I will be taking my service elsewhere with more understanding employees.

In true AutoZone fashion I had yet another above and beyond experience at the Monett store.. Matt was just incredibly helpful and without being asked just went to work installing the part I needed. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable here and truly tries to get you the best deal possible.

I bought a battery there. It was expensive as hell but what are ya gonna do.. it's a battery. They installed it so that's pretty groovy.. I hope the battery outlives me.

To many trips back n forth replacing wrong parts bought on first visit. I asked them to ck vin # to make sure I was purchasing the right parts for my truck type and he wouldn't do it causing me to make 4 trips traveling 46 miles one way...a nigjtmare

Very bad manager had my started tested and was told it was bad. After that realized it was another problem on my car went back and anked for my started to be tested again and he acted like he did and with attitude said Its bad .After that I told him to return to me and it's been months and starter still good

Won't be coming back, the only guy there was rude, acting like I was an inconvenience to his day. Manager was nowhere to be found for a military discount

They helped make sure I got the parts I needed and even helped me put one on in the parking lot when I couldn't get my car started! They care.

Went there for gy3 gear oil there was 6-7 different brands / type to choose from for gy5 , but only one brand for gy3 and a brand I don't like . Clean and orderly but on a bad busy long signal light corner.

This store Monett, Mo (65708) is the Best place in town for automotive parts, supplies and especially help!! Manager Ron Lee personally helped me out with battery problem. Doesn't sound like much but AZ computer called out battery different from what was installed (a lot less CCA!) He went back out & measured physical size. Came back into store & started looking at every batt he had with same CCA as factory batt and size and electrode post position! He found 1 that was almost a perfect fit (physically) with same CCA! I bought it, he professionally installed it in minutes and tested! My car starts every time now. Ron saved me a lot of money! OEM @ dealer is 254+tax+ travel (90 miles round-trip)! AZ computer for wrong battery is 185+tax. I paid 174 after everything else (terminal lube,etc!)

I went in for a diagnostics and the cashier was very rude. When he printed off my codes he was still rude and inconsiderate even tho I asked what some of it meant.

Service was terrible!!!!! I went in to get a refund for an item that did not work on my car and I was treated like trash they threw my cash on the counter and walked away leaving my cash scattered. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this store and don't plan on coming back any time soon

Auto Zone is my go to place for my car. They are always so helpful & go above & beyond to help me with whatever I need & answer any questions I might have. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Nice people here. But I checked with two other auto stores and found Auto Zone to be the most expensive.
