Really polite and professional. I have seen pond water move quicker than the line. I was number 3 in line. 52 minutes later, I pulled into the bay. They were thorough and appeared to do their jobs well. But it was a one-person show. An employee named "Louis" seem to be bouncing between two cars. As a result, neither of us got out quickly. The person in bay 2, who arrived on the parking lot 20 minutes after me, left about 2 minutes before me. We both had basic oil changes as best I could see. The manager, "Krystal," seemed to shoot the breeze with the customers and enter things into the computer. Maybe a third and fourth employee called in sick. I was treated well, but $100 basic oil change is a lot considering it took me about 1.5 hours for the process. This is my second, similar experience in a row there. The Valvoline website reads, Drive thru oil changes in about 15 minutes." I don't think the convenience of having someone change my oil is worth the time or the money.

What a great experience. Wanted to get our oil change before our Thanksgiving road trip. Krystal was so pleasant and professional. Even though we came in at the end of the day. She genuinely treated us like VIP's. Thanks!

Very professional ! I appreciated seeing a female in this industry!!! I believe Krystal is the manager and she made the experience amazing!! Also she was honest and intelligent enough to partner with her Regional before working on my BMW which potentially had severe service problems due to a past oil change at another business. I highly recommend this place especially for women!

The service there is amazing!! The young men that helped me were so friendly and recommended things without being pushy. I will definitely be using them for every oil change in the future. Thank you for being a blessing and keep up the great work

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in over the weekend for an oil change and I spent 1.5 hours to do so. Not only is this not a quick change oil location, they waited until they had drained all of my oil from my car to inform me they didn t have the oil my car required. Which then resulted in me having to wait longer for them to go and get it. All though the employees were friendly, they were in absolutely no hurry to get the work done. And regularly just kept disappearing from the shop instead of focusing on customers. I will not be returning. The business which was previously here had my vehicle in and out under 20 mins each time.

FANTASTIC . My experience was awesome They were just as fast as KJ s was before it took like 20 minutes. They did an awesome job and were very nice and the price was very pleasing! The building has been re done it looks like so it s much nicer and cleaner than before and new equipment too! I will definitely be going back The lady in there was so kind and sweet we need more customer service like hers! A kind smile goes a very long way

Waited for over 30 minutes on my break from work for an oil change while next in line they have spent 30 min in n one car at a instant oil change places are supposed to fast, I ve watched most of the employees just meander around while one guy hustled, I just need somewhere to get a quick oil change I don t have alll day

This used to be an excellent place to get an oil change. Under its ownership it is expensive, pushy, and slow. Never going back.

Waited a hour and a half. 4 people in front of me with both doors open and only one person doing all the work to change the oil this place don t get in a hurry people
