Service is horrible. I came in with an 8am appointment to replace 4 tires. According to your website you advertise 4 tires in 1 hour. 1 hour 15 minutes in and the vehicle was finaly moved into a service bay. At the 2 hour mark I inquired how much longer and they had yet to mount all the tires. I complained and was told " I know this is why we don't usually do appointments". It has been 3 hours and the work is still not done!!!

I came in 10 minutes before closing frantic and scared because a tire was in shreds. The staff were empathetic and welcoming.After the service, I asked about getting new wiper blades and without being asked, they installed them.I d never been here before today but I plan on coming again.They did a fantastic job! :)

As a tire shop, great but as an employers and coworkers they are trash! They are childish, they are flat out disrespectful and not even the slightest welcoming to new employees. I highly recommend not working here if you don t want too deal with childish people!

Guys are really nice and make sure that everything gets done properly. Got an oil change there not too long ago I went back to complain and the guy showed me that I was way way over on Miles to where I should have had my oil changed second in command up there gave me a free oil change appreciate it guys thank you lunch is coming soon.

They were great. I needed their services in an immediate situation and I was in and out in under two hours just as a walk-in, things working better and their prices are very reasonable.

I was overdue for an oil change and a tire rotation and balance. I called the Moberly Plaza Tire and they were able to get me in. I had to wait a couple of hours before they could get me in, but was I able to leave and come back for my service.Once in, they quickly completed the services and I was off again...my husband will have to find something new to constantly remind me of now! Oh, and because I had purchased my tires there a year ago or so, my balance and rotation was free!

Had an amazing experience at plaza tire!Very professional and took amazing care and actions with my 2021 mustang GT. Being custom built and lowered they made sure everything was complete and torqued to spec and well clean before pulling car out.. I will most definitely be coming back for all my vehicles needs as well bringing my Girlfriends car in as well.

They did a great job. I went in for 4 new tires. It took some time, but I also hadn't made an appointment. For a "walk-in" it was a reasonable time frame. There was a charismatic individual working the counter. Listening to them joke while ringing up customers made the time go by faster.

Everyone was so nice here! First, they were able to help me switch my appointment when I had a conflict come up. Then day of, they were so super fast, getting my oil change and tire rotation done within 45 minutes! I will definitely be bringing my car back for service for the foreseeable future.

There was one other customer in the building, and it took the workers about 15 minutes to even bring my car into the bay. They tried to put 4 tires on my car when we had already called and told them only 1 tire. Nick was very sarcastic and rude. Any question I had, had a sarcastic answer. It took them an hour at least to change to tire. This isn t all. I got back in my car and found a bloody booger on my door from one of the guys moving my car.

Awful awful awful !!! Dropped truck off for new tires . 2 hour job they didn t even get it pulled in shop until a hour after I dropped it off after making an appointment! Picked truck up took off vibration in the steering wheel and pulling! Took it back another hour later finally done balancing two front tires oh then I hear something hit the bottom side of truck almost home a wheel weight stuck in the fender well ! Never again!

I took my auto in this morning at 7:30 for a flat repair. I was the only customer in the shop. It took 1 1/2 hr to repair a flat. Employees spent to much time socializing among themselves.

The Manager was there and was very helpful on my tire buying decision. I like how he told everyone he checked out I Appreciate you . Nice customer service.

Very friendly and helpful, the person that worked on my car, Brad, was great!! I went in for an oil change and they noticed my air filter was bad and showed it to me then replaced it.

Plaza Tire ServiceThe phrase "The Quick Change Artist" on their sign is a fact. I had a puncture (turned out to be 2 punctures) on one of my tires and needed it fixed. I thought the wait would be a couple hours at least but when I went inside they told me if the tire could be fixed, it would be done in about 45 minutes. The tire was fixable and I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Friendly people and they took time to explain everything to me.Thanks for the quick turnaround!

despite what the website says, they don't take appointments on weekends. so don't waste your time and find a real shop that knows what an appointment is.

If I could give a zero start I would. They take way too long and very overpriced. And they try to sell you stuff that you don t need right now.

For being home of the quick change we were there way over an hour to have a tire put on ,poor lady ahead of us was there 2:30 minutes for an oil change in the mean time they hadn't changed her oil but came out told her she needed new brake pads and rotors at an enormous cost .it would be hard for me to recommend them or to come back as a repeat customer

The location overcharged me for an alignment, then tacked on an extra $40 fee that was not discussed prior to starting. If you want to keep your money or your sanity, don t use them.

Can't give a straight answer on pricing over the phone for a simple oil change. Shady practice and would not recommend to anyone.

Well the whole experience took quite a bit longer than expected and then after the oil change they didn't put the undercarriage cover back on correctly. It definitely wasn't a perfect experience.

Firstly, the service dept got me in ahead of my appt! They replaced tires and brake pads on my car, and also checked one of the headlights that wasn't working. They completed the job quickly and efficiently!

I like not having to have an appointment now. I like all employees. Fast friendly service. I have done several reviews and they always get 5 stars. I appreciate the people who work there. Prices are good too. Definitely get your tires here and oil changed alignment as well as windshield wipers too. Fair and affordable. Great job.

They did brand new sets of tires on my truck and my wifes car. The pricing was reasonable, the tire protection plan and alignment are outstanding! They got both vehicles done in a timely manner, even though they are under staffed at the moment. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you.
