I want to send a big thank you to Allan, Mary, and Ellen (I pray I got the names right) for today. I live in Columbia, I was in town for Easter in Moberly. Car broke down at church, called AAA the guy from A-1 Towing from Columbia said he was on his way. The dispatcher called back from AAA to say he isn't coming. I thought quick to call Auto Zone to see if they could help. Ellen was able to leave to come and give me a jump so I could go to AutoZone to buy a battery,. Car started right up after the jump, I went straight to AutoZone to buy a new battery. It was a stressful day, they came to my rescue and helped me out when they didn't have too.

Great people, great prices, good selection if they don't have it though, they will get it for you. Staff seem very knowledgeable.

I would rather go here, instead of auto zone. Because we'll the price of auto zone is more expensive for the same products and parts. Same everything but not the same price chart.Always willing to help. Even add oil, or out on a wiper blade. They do it all with no hesitation. I appreciate a willing helpful team.

After being treated like garbage for the last time at the Moberly AutoZone I stopped by O'Reilly's. Great friendly service and very helpful. I'll never "bother" AutoZone with my business again.and I'll recommend O'Reilly's to others while suggesting they stay clear of AutoZone.

As with any auto parts store, it's the luck of the draw on who you get to wait on you, some good, some not so good, but this store you have much better chance of getting someone who knows what you are talking about and what you need, as for parts in stock, pretty good, and ordering parts usually are there next day, it's my go to parts store

Have a variety of car and truck parts, tools, cleaning supplies, And have antifreeze for vehicles new and old. If we don't have it in the store we can pretty much get it by the next day. Any thing ordered on Saturday, Sunday or Monday from Kansas city would be on Tuesdays truck unless it was a special item.

I am a very unhappy customer. I wish they would give their customers the RIGHT part the first time. I went in there and I asked for a belt for my car. They gave me the wrong belt 8 times!!! I even brought in the old belt and they STILL gave me the wrong belt. They gave me a belt for a Volkswagen and not a Ford. The belt snapped in 2 days!! Bad service! You need to hire people who know what they are doing. The manager, the assistant manager and 2 other employees gave me the wrong belt. Then they also gave us attitude, saying we are in the wrong because we had to go into the store 7 different times. Makes me so angry, But you won't hire someone who knows what they're doing because they have "Too much experience."I should have went to Auto Zone, ive NEVER had a problem there. Get y'alls act together!!!

Will today's call to O'Reilly in Moberly was to check on my daughter, I'm in Columbia, Missouri and her car broke down in Moberly, I instructed her to either go to here or Auto Zone, her cell must of died, so I call here to see if she has stopped by to have battery checked. The person on phone wouldn't even ask around, gee for all I knew she may have gotten taken. Then I called Auto Zone abs they went way and above, and my daughter was out front of Auto Zone getting help

The staff are friendly, and they have always had what I needed in stock. The only flaw, and this is not with the local store, but all in the chain is they seem a bit pricey at time.

I needed a bunch of parts for my truck and they had just about all of it in Stock. What they didn't have they ordered it and had it the next morning. They were knowledge, friendly and helpful.
