I couldn't begin to count how many times we've used Midwest Custom Trucks over the years.They always find a way to get it done and get it done right. The whole team does a great job. They are the best in the business.

I could not be more happy with the work and service I have received from Darren and the guys at Midwest Custom Trucks. Darren and the guys have gone out of their way to get me exactly what I want, not only with my trucks, but have serviced my side by sides and four wheelers. They have a customer for life with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality parts and excellent customer service.

Midwest put a new system in my sons truck for graduation. It works great with the two cameras to view the gooseneck hitch and the bumper hitch. He was very surprised to see the improved look of the dash and the quality of the pictures from the camera. Very happy we decided to go with this great shop.

I had a truck there off and on for more than a month. I invested more than $1,200 with them in that time. In the end they said my truck couldn't be fixed. I was willing to let that go. Because after talking to them I believed that they were more diagnostic mechanics than the ubiquitous parts changers. I was wrong there.That's my bad. But then when I received a bill second hand through Moberly motors for $250 for I have no idea what , well that was the last straw for me. The owner had left instructions with Moberly Motors to collect the 250 and included in their bill. The owner acts happy to see you when you are paying him. What acts like you're a nuisance any other time.

Not good. I found they had a lack of leadership to throu owner. Would tell you they would get back with you but did not said the truck would be in to be fixed on certain date was not. I would give them a low rating.

Friend of mine bought a truck from them and has had it for 3 days and has to have 1,200 done in work to it and they won't help him! They lie about their vehicles and they have so much wrong with them!! Go somewhere else and save your money! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

They've worked on two of our trucks, a lifted beast and a little Ranger, and have always only replaced what is broken and stuck with what they estimated. Thumbs up.
