Shane was excellent. All staff was friendly, helpful and was able to get us in a great vehicle. Shane was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided an EXCELLENT customer service experience. Never felt hassled. Which is a BIG thing for car lots.

We love our local Car-Mart. Everyone one is so helpful and nice. We purchased our 3rd vehicle today. Brooke Rentschler was absolutely amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions and made everything so simple. I highly recommend her as your rep. Thank you so much Ms. Brooke, you absolutely rock!!!!

We are currently financing our 2nd vehicle through Car-Mart. (The first car I loved but ended up totaled, nothing mechanically was wrong) both experiences have been super! They have looked past our troubled history and helped us back on our feet. We are in a good place now but bc of that they will con t to get our service! They answer all questions, make everything understandable, and are super nice! They even will match up your payments to your pay weeks depending on how you choose to set it up! Overall very satisfied!

I bought a car on Aug 1st 2023. A couple of weeks after buying it I already had to replace the cabin filter because it looked like it has NEVER been changed, fill up the washer fluid, put caps on my tires and the air in them was low. 2 rims were/are bent. About a week ago while driving the car, suddenly it s losing power and won t accelerate. After I pay for it to be diagnosed it turns out there are several problems with the vehicle including three out of the four cylinders are missing, the power steering solenoid is messed up, the Cadillac converter is clogged up and I m without a car and no way to get to work. There is no way all of this could ve acquired in the short amount of time that I have had the car. Obviously there was issues with the car before I bought it. Not to mention the few little things that I had to do when I got the car. Generally when you buy a car used or new, everything should be filled up. The air filters should be cleaned and the tires should have caps on the air in the air should be filled to where it needs to be. So much for their inspection that they do on them. That s a crock if you ask me. This place is a scam and I wouldn t recommend anybody buying a vehicle from here. I understand they have to mark up the vehicles when they buy and sell them I m paying $15,000 for a car that s worth $8000, that s a real scam if you ask me. Don t buy from these people they will rip you off and you ll be without a car within a matter of weeks. And they ll still be calling you wanting a payment when you can t even get to work because they don t offer a loaner vehicle while your car is being worked on. I m only giving them a one star because I have to in order to post this review but in reality, they deserve a -5 star.

I was so excited when I got my car. The next day I heard a ticking noice and told the manager I noticed it. I went months without a car and still made my payments. I was terrified at times thinking I would not make it home from work. The coolant and oil has has been running out the entire time and even after my car was supposed to be fixed the check engine light stayed on. It sounded like it was hesitant to start from the beginning and I expressed my concerns to Roger. He told me it was fine yet here I sit all paid up and yet again the car is still not running. I replaced the water pump a month ago and just recently replaced the starter. I had to pay 200 for a diagnostic test at a Chevy dealer and they told me the car hadn t been worked on properly and to take it back. Roger said they told him the car was fine but clearly it truly wasn t fixed right. Now I m about to be out of pocket for another diagnostic test and no running vehicle to get to work. If you can t get to work you can t keep your payments up. I know this car was dumped off on me with the hope that the costs wouldn t come back on CarMart. My feelings are hurt and my trust is low. I wouldn t advise anyone to trust when they say they fixed the problem. I hope this never happens to another person. Imagine busting your behind to keep up your end of the deal to keep continuously loosing money and not have reliable transportation. I ve paid 10,000 and I ve bought cars for less with fewer problems.

I needed a car immediately. Susie and Crystal were welcoming and kind. You don t feel pushed or overwhelmed like at other dealerships. They worked with my down payment and I got a car with the features I wanted.Thank you Cat-Mart for helping my family travel safely. My new to me car has a warranty to ease my worries.

I really loved my vehicle... But after a year they gave me a "balloon payment" that was 3 times my regular payment. I couldn't afford it and tried to negotiate with them but they wouldn't budge. I would love to work something out with them but they have been very argumentative with me when I talk to them. I really feel like this balloon payment thing is a scam so they can take back the vehicle after I paid on time for a year

I'm on my third car here at Moberly Car Mart and my experiences have always been great! Karen, Roger and everyone here are always kind and helpful. We worked with Nathan for the first time this time and he was also fantastic! Anytime I've ever had any issues they have worked with me as long as I communicate my problems with them. Getting a car is a quick and easy process!

We just bought our 3 car from here and we love the staff. They are fun and joking when we are there, they are good ,courteous and very understanding to my husband and I. If we ever need anything they are very helpful. We will always go back if we ever need another car. I have never had the service at any other car lot like I have had here. It is great service.

Awesome place to go. They will do the best they can to help you out. Excellent customer service. They helped me stay with in my budget but also showed me some nice cars. They listened to what needs were and helped me fine the perfect car. I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking for a car to come here.

Horrible experience with this car lot. Very unorganized and will lie to sell a car. They scheduled an appointment the week I bought a vehicle to go through it and make sure everything was good. They candied that after driving 45 minutes to get there and rescheduled for today. My vehicle was there this morning and I still don't have it back. They let my wife sit there all day and didn't tell her to almost 230 that it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. Nobody will answer questions and the manager is hiding from phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Stopped to look at a truck 4 years newer than mine. Salesman was kind of rude and unprofessional. Explained I was looking to trade and pay the difference. He made me an offer on my trade that wouldn t pay for the tires and a tank of gas. Apparently this dealer is only interested in people who need their in house financing. I ll stick with common sense cars. Never had a bad deal there.

Purchased a great vehicle at a competitive price / financing. Excellent customer service before and after the sale. Ginger and Roger really took great care of me and worked hard to get a few vehicle "bugs" straightened out in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A good dear friend of mine struggling to make ends meet to feed her family has a job and works very hard for her money but a car from America's Car-Mart in Moberly Missouri the car broke down a month later they refuse to do anything for her they made her pay for the toe and they made her pay for the diagnostic and see what was wrong with the car and it was all things wrong with the car that's should not be wrong with the car when you buy a car after a month I highly don't recommend anybody to purchase a car from this place she paid $15,000 for a Honda that's worth 7

My daughter and I were looking for an additional car for our family. The people at Car Mart were very helpful and informative. We bought a car. The process was very easy to go through. Car-Mart of moberly was a big help in finding me a car that fit my needs, they were super friendly and super easy to get a car from. They are not based on credit which was a big plus for me because my credit isn't the greatest. They have specials on down payments every now and then, which is also a plus. Roger (the manager), and Tanner we're both super helpful and made my car buying experience fun. If you are ever needing to get a vehicle, I highly suggest checking them out, they will try and help you to get the perfect car for you !

First off, Car Mart gave me an amazing car with an even better price. I spent a long time trying to find my daughter the perfect car I wish I had started off at Car Mart and just saved the time.Secondly, the employees went above and beyond. After taking the car home, the car wouldn't start due to operater error. I called Car Mart to explain the situation. Within 15 minutes, they had arrived and explained the issue. Just to clarify, the car was in working order, turns out I just had a blonde moment.Thanks again Car Mart. You just got yourselves a repeat customer.

Car-Mart has been the best place to get a vehicle. I bought a 2003 F-150 and haven't been disappointed at all. The staff is super friendly and kind. I walk in to make my payment and they know who I am. I really enjoy that. I wish more places would take more time to get to know they're customer it just provides a much better atmosphere. CAR-MART keep up the great work!!!!!

I went and got my car today, so happy with it! Nate helped me out and it has everything I wanted in a car. Really glad I went through car-mart and definitely will be coming back if I need another car!
