Excellent service. Mark & Charlie resolve any problems I encounter with my trucks and cars. They are knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable. Well equipped shop with experienced mechanics fix everything. Their shop just did a complete transmission rebuild on my Honda Accord with perfect results. *****

Richard White and staff are extraordinarily well experienced. Everything was just as they said, with outstanding communication. For how long would it take, along the price it would cost to do it right.I believe if there is an issue that arises within their warranty, they will stand behind their work. However, I haven't had any issues with any of their work. Everything is AWESOME!They were highly recommended by friends who live out that way. They definitely lived up to their hype. Price was fair and reasonable, and the workmanship was perfection. I'm thrilled that I made the decision to travel the distance from Saint Charles MO. In order to deal with people of their word.You'll be tickled pink that you decided to have your vehicle repaired by the honest professional fair and reliable service provider. Just like everybody else who is highly satisfied. If you're not? There's got to be something wrong with you. I'm jus' sayin'.

I didn't use this business for what I needed this time, but I have in the past. I appreciate the honesty I get when I ask if I can get in for same day service, and the effort put into getting me in as soon as possible. In the past I had transmission work done, nothing was done before speaking with me, and I was happy with the entire transaction in the end. I will use these guys again for sure

They are experienced, do excellent work, are quick to fix things, and above all, they are honest. fixed my car's over heating problem, in one day even thought they were shorthanded and had a lot of vehicles in their shop. I would recommend them to everybody. VERY happy with what they did for me.

Great service & friendly, repairs, repairs done in a good timely manner. I had a couple safety issues I wasn't aware of that they found. They repaired them and my car drives nice and smooth now.I'm very pleased with the service & repairs! Thank you! Will definitely come back in the future. Charlie and his mechanics provided fast, affordable, and outstanding service to my vehicles. They provided accurate diagnostics, fixed the issues and charged me fair pricing which is hard to come by around here. they had my car sitting for a month without doing anything to it. i took my key back before i left for vacation. when i got back, my car door was damaged from someone trying to break in. i let them know and they said they couldn t do anything about it.

Pleasant staff. Reasonable pricing. I've been there when they've had an opportunity to be dishonest, and they chose the ethical route. I appreciate their honesty and diligence to fixing problems within the price range they quote. They've done everything from mounting tires to installing new transmission for me. I find them trustworthy and give them my recommendation.

This place is great, had to have my car towed to their shop because it wouldn't start. Most places when your female and alone have a tendency to take advantage of you. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their charges were and how quick my car was ready. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

These guys are the real deal. They are fast, transparent and get the job done at a very reasonable price. One thing that is lacking from most car repair shops is transparency. Those shops never like to give estimates before working on your vehicle. They would usually just surprise you with a ridiculous bill then show you all the extra work that was done. By this time you have no choice but to commit. On the contrary, Charlie, the owner was able to give me an estimate before hand and when there was extra work to be done, he first contacted me to update me before moving forward so I was not surprised in the end. I highly recommend C & R Automotive!

Payed over $600 for a driveshaft that wasn t needed. Transfer case was in need of rebuild just like I told them in the beginning. Communication between mechanic to the boss then to me was awful. Ended up being without my truck for two weeks and spent another $400 to buy the parts and rebuild my transfer case myself.

All the workers are very polite and wonderful. I had a tire issue and went there for help. They had several people pull it in and work on it to get me home safely. I appreciate their kindness and going out of there way to help me in a quick manner. I would highly recommend them.

Good technicians and staff. They have 2 locations, and it makes it kinda confusing when taking a vehicle to them. Wish they would build on the new shop and have one location for the convenience of the customer.

I have had a lot of vehicle work done by C&R and they have always been very easy to deal with. They tell me every detail of what they had to do and break down the costs when I ask. They are very customer oriented and have great communication. I will do business with them again.

Honestly I was hesitant at first due to past experience with a different mechanic but once I expressed my concerns and frustration with Charlie he was quick to remedy it all. He took care of all the service and talked to me about what was going on and kept me updated on the cost. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole outcome. I will return again. Thanks a lot. I absolutely love Charlie and the guys at C&R. This is the only shop in town I go to for my repairs. They do it all from my oil changes to new tires etc. I always get apeedy service. I love how Charlie checks in a few days later to see how things are going with the repairs! Great Service!

C&R is the only place in town I'll take my cars! Excellent customer service, extremely fair pricing, and just overall friendly atmosphere. This is a great shop. They explained everything and set very reasonable expectations. They did an excellent job and the vehicle has remained fixed the first time. I would recommend them for all your service needs.

Absolutely trustworthy repair shop. Mark and Tim (that's who I've always dealt with at the front desk) often diagnose the problem before their talented mechanics even take a look at the engine or other troublesome areas. They are direct. Specific in what demands to be repaired and will (when warranted) suggest other repairs for the health of your vehicle and driving safety. Reasonable charges for exceptional work. I highly recommend C & R Automotive and Transmission.

We were experiencing transmission problems on our way to Lake of the Ozarks and when we stopped at a car dealership in Moberly Missouri it was recommended that we go to C and R Transmission. Charlie was a God-send and got us in right away, had one of his staff check out the problem and had it solved quickly. I highly recommend this shop - they were tremendous!

Charlie and the team at this C and R automotive and transmission location, performed a wheel bearing and front hub assembly replacement. It was diagnosed properly and quickly, and the repairs made in a timely manner. Great job guys!
