Love this place! Always friendly. Always quick to get you in. I have had 3 out of 4 of my vehicles up there and Rich and his team always get the job done. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and work with your budget. He always makes sure to call, inform, and confirm before doing anything. Fast response time and great communication! They are very honest and upfront with you and overall just good people. Used him for all my maintance needs for the last couple years and I haven't had a single unpleasant interaction with anybody in this shop. These guys are great!

Great place, friendly, professional, went far above and being the call of what they needed to do to take care of me and my truck, very knowledgeable, and honest!!! Saved me money upfront by not doing or suggesting unnecessary repairs (he didn t know that I was an ASE mechanic for 16 years, so when he told me what needed repairs he was spot on) and in the long run by fixing what was wrong, truck runs great, definitely recommend this shop

These folks where polite to the point. My car had troubles and then it stopped, I asked them too look at it . He spent a couple of hours and never charged me.I'd recommend them to anyone .

Love this auto repair shop! They always are super friendly, accommodating, and they know their stuff. They also charge very reasonable repair rates. Definitely give them a try if you're having car troubles!

These guys were GREAT! They were quick with my inspection and even went the extra mile to put a clamp around my heat shield! They brightened my rainy Tuesday!!

After dealing with a grinding noise and vibrations in the steering wheel for several years. Richard at Big R was able to look at and fined the problem. This truck was brought to three other repair shops and also the local Ford dealer and no one could fined out what the problem was. Richard told me a price for repair and I agreed to this price. When I went to pick up the truck after repair Richard informed me that the amount owed was less than told. Thank you Big R for your honesty and great service.

Extremely terrible customer service. I have a Newer Colorado with relatively expensive tires. Around $200 a piece. Went in because I have a screw in the center of the tire, so in a place where it should be easy to patch, let alone the screw was the size of a tooth pick. They ended up messing up the tire. Didn t charge me for trying to fix it but also didn t replace the tire. I m a firm believer if you brake or mess something up that s not yours you replace it. Simple as that. Very frustrating. Just hope no one else goes through it because now I m out a $200 tire. Thanks to Big R

The people here are incredibly friendly and genuine in wanting to give you the best service for your vehicles. On every occasion I ve needed to have my car inspected or looked over, I always felt like me and my car mattered you won t find a better local auto shop willing to work with you and do their best to fix whatever auto issue you have!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a regular mechanic and was nervous about going somewhere else. I didn't have a choice as my vehicle needed to be fixed immediately. Everyone at Big R was amazing. They had my vehicle fixed and ready A.S.A.P. Definitely will get future business from me. Amazing staff and great prices.

Big R (Rich) is the only guy I let touch my vehicles as far as I'm concerned. He's second to none! You'll be hard pressed to find another mechanic that's as honest, fair, and knowledgeable as he is. He's so good that you can simply describe the problem over phone, and he'll know exactly what is going on, as well as how much/long it'll take to fix it.As far as pricing goes, he beats everyone in around (by hundreds of dollars, usually). My only complaint is how long it some times takes to get my car in to get serviced (and that's a good thing, because he's constantly booked!)Please give him a call if you ever need anything done to your vehicles!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I had several things go wrong with my Malibu each time I brought my car up they found the problem and got my car fixed. Very nice family I will definitely go back if I need to but I hope that I don t lol
