I purchased a new King size bed from Art's. Tim did a great job helping me understand the differences and taking care of me. Wayne and Jason delivered my new set and hauled away the old for me. I am grateful for all of their help in getting those beds swapped out. I highly recommend Bobby and all of the Staff at Art's!!

I purchased a new stove and refrigerator from this company in July or so. They are the worst. I really didn't use my oven over the summer but I did for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Half of the food was cooked on one side and and not fully cooked on the otherside. They also tell LIES! the old man, I am assuming his name is bob, is not a good person. You just cant talk to him. He will never get another red cent from me. When the men dropped off my $4000 stove and refrigerator I told them it was dirty. Hair was in it and everything. He took his dirty hands and wiped it out. Of course I did bleached it but, that's not the point, if it was brand new like he told me I was getting it would not have had anything inside of it. I know it wasn't our hair because it was a different kind of hair. The delivery guy said, no its not brand new. I told him I want a brand new one not a display. He said we don't have any, there are not extra in the back. I said, that what the old man told me. That was a lie, they sold it under false pretences. I am going to speak with an attorney, out of this area and ask if it is legal what they did. I am so angry. They have been back 2 times and still do not have it working properly. They called me the earlier part of the week and said that they would be coming to my home to fix the stove, guess what they called had to cancel. From what I understand is the fan is not working properly and he oven light doesn't. I told the guy who I purchased it from, That I have not even used the oven that much so I don't understand why it stopped working and then I mentioned that the year will be up soon ad so will the warranty. He asked me if I wanted to purchase another warranty.... NO I don't even want your stove. Don't trust this company, Do not try to be kind to the little store in Moberly, because they dont treat you right. Go to the large companys at least your money will be well spent and cheaper. LIARS

My Father bought a lift chair to help mobility after heart surgery. My parents looked at the chair in the store and thought it would be fine. The chair is not working out, less than a week after delivery. The store REFUSED to take the chair back or even exchange. The chair was a display sold at full price, so it was already used. we called 3 days after delivery. the return policy was not mentioned and not posted.THE MANAGEMENT TEAM HERE IS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE.Please do not subject yourself or your family to this business.If I could select zero stars I would.BTW: The chair was leather, no animals were in the house prior to calling for exchange. The manager was extremely rude to my Mother when she called about it.

I purchased a real nice reclining love seat from Art's Appliance and Furniture. The entire experience was wonderful and I have NO complaints. If you are in need of home furnishings you need to check them out.

All of the appliances I bought from Bob are wonderful. They worked with the kitchen designer at RSI and everything fit perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Art s! Very friendly! I like how Bobby welcomed us and just let us look around without trying to breathe down our necks to make a sale like some of my past experiences at other places. The staff was very accommodating from beginning to the end. Keep up the hard work!

Arts Furniture has the best service! Two weeks ago I called because the footrest on my electric recliner stopped working. The team came and took the broken part. In less than two weeks, the store called and set up an appointment to repair the chair. A gentleman came on Saturday and took the chair with him to repair. Too my very happy surprise, the Arts truck came Monday morning with the repaired chair. Amazing! Great service!

Art s is amazing! Bobby saw me looking at a fridge, he listened to my concerns, what our family needed, he answered the questions, very helpful and professional, We bought the fridge, Miss Kim did our financing, she s so polite and helpful, While waiting on financing I got to hear about a little history from Bobby s Aunt about Art s (very interesting) and she s a sweet lady. We had the fridge delivered, My wife said Wayne and a younger kid did an outstanding job with the fridge, I d recommend this place, Arts is a place you can trust for many years to come

I always buy appliances from Art's. Not only to they sell the best appliances in town, but they can service the appliances! So hard to find. Plus, everyone there is so nice and helpful. I have also bought a lot of furniture there over the years. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they always offer to order what I need and get it for me at a reasonable price. Lastly, they deliver and assemble. Love that! I don't want to mess with hauling appliances or furniture. So much easier to have it delivered. Plus, then you know it's put together correctly.

Art s is locally owned and a great place to do business!! They make you feel as though you are family and they have always been great to my parents. Wonderful customer service and easy to work with, too!!

We bought a washing machine from Art s a few years ago. Very reasonable on price and explained all of the features for us. The washing machine has been great and we will definitely be back for our future appliance needs.

I have been a customer of Art's Appliance for over 30 years. They always take care of me and get me what I am looking for. Whether I was buying my first car audio system for my car to cruise Reed Street, or buying my first washer and dryer, they have always gone over and beyond to make sure I had what I was needing.

The Riley's have been our family's GoTo Team for flooring, furniture and appliances for 3 generations; not just because we support a hometown business, but because they are consistently the leader in price and service. Besides, sometimes you've gotta stop by and sniff that "NEW Stuff" smell that permeates the whole store... Highly Recommended.

Just had a new whirlpool dryer delivered and installed. They replaced our old style dryer vent with a new metal vent which makes the dryer more efficient and more importantly safer. Thanks.

Came here and got a metal bed frame and there were several salespeople sitting at their desks My father was finally approached asked if he needed anything took a few minutes but reasonably priced and otherwise decent place to shop
