Came in at 8:00 in the morning at open for a oil change, I was told they didn t know when anyone was going to show up to work today, why even bother anymore? You might as well just start doing everything yourself, Things have degraded to a point in this Country where everything is unreliable. From the food on your shelves to getting something as simple as a service service. It s terrible:(

Do not recommend taking your car there. Got put on hold instantly when calling and then once showing up. I needed a tire patched and the technician didn t even look at where the hole was and just said new tire. Had it patched somewhere else. Save your time and avoid a headache.

Very poor customer service and so calledTrained technicians that can t take a tire off if there is a HOLE in the side wall .

They don't respect their own schedule, if they tell they are going to be open till some time, don't believe them, they are lying, they won't be there even if they told you they were going to be there by then. They are the worst, don't waste your money neither your money.

First of all I bought tires from them online and was scheduled to get them put on . When I get there they had canceled my order and jacked up the price for which I had already paid for. Then they don't even have the right socket to get the lugnuts off. You would think being a tire service you would have the tools to do the job. They lost my business too someone else today who was happy to have the business. And I was told I had to wait to get my money back it could be a week to 10 days. Walmart makes enough money anyway it doesn't matter but in the long run this is the worst service I had ever seen and I would not recommend them.Service: Auto tire replacement

I had a nail in my tire and couldn't get in at ANY of the Walmarts in the area to have a nail removed. I even paid extra for maintenance protection on the tires. I had to go across town and pay $30 so I could get my tire fixed and get home.

Found what I needed. Walmart in general has been going backwards for years. They don't care about customer service or even their own team members. They would rather have a bunch of robots and self checkouts then putting people to work. My opinion is they are just greedy and don't care about anything but more money in their pockets.

Wouldn't recommend their tire service. Took my car there for 2 new tires. My wait time was 2 hours , and my car got damaged in the process. Now missing a big chunk out of the side of the undercarriage by tire where their lift lifted it. Should have took pictures before my car went in because their manager in tire dept. accused me of trying to scam walmart out of money to get my car fixed ,that I was lying, and it was like that when it came. Their insurance company said they wouldn't cover it before they even looked at the cameras to see what happened. WHAT A RIPOFF.

I would not recommend buying tire's here. I bought a set of tires for my car and with less than 500 miles on them one of them develop a bad spot and their reaction was that this was normal. Not to mention taking 3 hours of wait to have them installed. What on earth do I need to spend that much time wandering around the Walmart store for?

I want to have tires installed, got to Wal Mart at 10:30 am and at one o'clock my car still hadn't been touched. I understand busy, but an almost three hour wait was unreal.

Waited an hour and a half and they never got to my car. I left and came back today and it's been an hour, my car sitting outside and nothing in the bay for 25 minutes now. Only one tire bay in use. Woefully understaffed. Would have been faster if i had driven to another town with a jiffy lube

4 technicians, one car which was mine, and the tech on my car was more interested in his phone and talking g with the other techs than fixing my flat. I do not recommend.

Unprofessional. I would rather spend the extra money for a traditional tire shop. It took forever to change one tire not to mention all tge extra fees included. Most places balance the tire you buy from them for free. Not walmart that will be 12.50 extra.

Went there today 02/09/2019. I am a regular customer. Stephanie the Manager is superb as are the front desk consultants!I will keep coming back to the Mexico store!

It's just wrong that Walmarts charge s 19 dollar s to balance your tires that you just bought from them I will not go to Walmart again

The over all experience was a trying time it took two hours to get two tires mounted and them I had to return to get the tires put on right

Service center employees were so helpful and patient, found my info after it was wiped from their system and went above and beyond to help me

Had to wait a very long time both to be initially waited on, as no one was anywhere near the counter when I arrived, and for my vehicle to be serviced.

The one in Mexico, MO is pretty great. There a couple of the techs that are really good and know what they are doing!
