I worked 7 days Saturday OT and Sunday Double pay in they said my check was right how they paid me an $100 an day my pay rate $16.75 for overtime they paid me $8.37 an hour for OT now Double time $16.75 smh 2nd shiftM I don t know where that came from cause I was on first shift I only wanted my money right I was an great worker until they shorted my check saying it s right how in it ain t adding up right so they fired me when I came back to work so just zoom in on your phone in check my paystub out factsI thought OT means overtime I guess not it must means downtime cause $8.37 what I gotI thought Double time means Double time I guess not I guess it means to stay at same pay rate $16.75

What a joke of a company i do not highly recommend working here. I got called for a interview drove 3 hours to interview said i was the perfect candidate offered me the job i accepted in the process of getting the offer letter they claimed i applied for the job 7 years ago and that i was a no show... never have i heard of this company until i applied. They laughed at me hyphenating my last name since i was in process of adopting ny oldest... recruiter forwarded me the convo between him and the hiring hr professional.... she was highly unprofessional, insulting , and completely disrespectful i can attach photo of their communications if youd like to see it for yourself. Worse company ever dont waste your time.

If your gonna mandate masks then you need to get a better ventilation system put in. Or update to match the new LMP Plant I'm dumbfounded by the way this company continuously operates its a joke. You need to ask yourself how you expect workers to stay 6 feet apart on a diecast cell and how a diecaster should wear a mask when it's 90 outside because it's gonna be closer to 120 in the plant. Theirs no way someone's gonna be able to work in them kind of conditions while wearing a mask. Also this will post as Autumn it's not it's her husband Brandon best thing I ever did was leave that place.
