The best shop I have worked with. Went in with a whole list of work i thought needed done. They were extremely honest about what actually needed done and saved me a ton of money, and in a pinch they even dropped my car off at a local tire shop for me to get new tires. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing that when you state you want to be called before any work was done and was told one price when cane to pick it up was over 200 more than what originally priced. They said timing chain was bad, but vehicle starts and stays starting and if it was that it wouldn't. To look at the timing chain in the vehicle that was brought they would have had to taken whole front end off to see it and I know that takes longer than 45 minutes. Very displeased with the lack of communication and tbh flet like they were taking advantage

Man what can I say but fantastic!! I have bn going here for sum yrs now and I love them they r the best!! Thanks to Harold Lashay and Brandon for everything u have done for me and my family u guys r the greatest!!!!!! Can t beat them no one can!!!!!

The kind of auto shop that everyone hopes for. Saved me $1000s on repairs, and every staff person I've met was super courteous and helpful: Colin, Brandon, Harold, Lashay (sp?) - just fabulous!

Every time I'm taking my car there they have done everything they could to fix my car in a timely fashion and they have done just that I have no complaints with us only having one vehicle I try to take my vehicle to a place where I know they won't take advantage and progressive done I've done an excellent job in taking care of my car and keeping it on the road safely so I am very thankful to progressive and all that they have done for us. and I'm very pleased with their you know a business is trustworthy when they always busy with many many cars that means a lot of people trust them so if you live close by and you have car problems progressive would be the place to take it

Have to say, out of all the places I've taken my vehicles to get maintenance on, progressive automotive has been the most kind, helpful, and honest place I've been to. They're prices are good, they haven't tried to rip me off and/or add on unneeded repairs. They kept a good open communication with me through the times I brought my car in.They're knowledgeable on what they do and they have taken good care of every situation and issue I had with my vehicle.I dont give 5 stars often to places but they're definitely worth it.Thank you guys for all that you've done!

This is the only mechanic we take our vehicles to. They have worked on all our cars/trucks and our kids cars. They work with you and insurance to try to make things as affordable as possible. They're just a great team to work with.

I just want to thank Harold because my wheel bearing was horrible he fixed it immediately. Very professional & efficient. And also fixed my pipe hanging below . Prices are very reasonable also gave me a great recommendation to a body shop who also does great work thank you again Harold

He understands that an old car is not a work of art but just needs to be safe and functional. He always gives me a quote before he starts the work and if he finds something else that needs repair during the job he takes the time to let me know so I can authorize the additional work. My car currently has a sway bar that he has warned me will need replacing some time down the road, but at the same time he told me that if I m careful about how fast I take corners I just might be able to put it off for a year or more. Plus he will take a peek at little things and stop to answer questions for no charge. I highly recommend him, even if your car isn t 21 years old!

Went to get my brakes looked at and changed. Didn't need to have it done yet and Harold didn't charge me to look at them. Nice guy and a fair, honest business.

Thorough, and detailed without lolligaging around. Finds only the items that need repair. Doesn't inflate bill like most places.
