These people are super sweet. They let me in to get a tire change 1 minutes before close and I understand that can be super annoying sometimes. It was a huge emergency for me and they had their arms wide open and took care of me with dedication and amazing customer service. They will definitely be gaining me as a customer. Goodbye Walmart

My daughter was traveling alone over the holiday season when her vehicle started doing something out of the norm. She knew something was wrong and immediately searched for the nearest auto shop. This shop was closest so she drove there. Upon her arrival, she was greeted kindly and told that she would be taken care of as quickly as possible but that they were short staffed. She waited only 10 minutes before they started diagnosing her vehicle. They determined the problem (an almost blown out tire) and got her back on the road safely and SO FAST. This place is amazing! I am so grateful that she chose this location. If you re in/near this location - I highly recommend as they provide top level service from such a kind, knowledge team! Thank you!

Came down here all the way from Minnesota (from Missouri originally) and all I received was above and beyond EXCELLENT service from these guys! They were short staffed today because of Black Friday and they still got my car in and out quicker than expected. They replaced only 2 of my 4 tires at a very reasonable price including a military discount. Thank you guys at Plaza.... They even sent me a link to look over my diagnostic data and inspection they do on every car that rolls into their shop. Now I know my car will be safer on my trip back to Minnesota!

It was the only place in town that had the tires I needed in stock. I was able to walk in, was quickly taken care of, and around an hours time or less I was able to drive home safely.Regarding prices, they were affordable and comparative to all other local places I called.

I was traveling from Illinois to Texas during the holidays alone with my dog. My car started wobbling in the afternoon on my drive. I was nervous, panicking, and scared because I was alone, in a place I don t know, and didn t know what was going on with my car. I looked up the nearest tire shop and drove to this one. They got me in quickly, even though they were SO busy. They were so sweet, I didn t feel like a burden. They explained the issue, got me new tires, and sent me on my way. Not only are they extremely affordable, they re knowledgeable and very kind. While nobody wants to have car problems, I m thankful that this shop was open and able to help me. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you SO much for getting me back on the road safely.

There is no point in scheduling an appointment, dropped my vehicle off at 10am for an alignment, asked when it would be done, was told shortly after 12pm, waited till 12:25, watched the guy doing the alignment stop and leave for lunch just before finishing the alignment. Went in to ask what that was about, was told they would have it done before closing today. A normal front alignment takes about 2 hours, all the parts are new.So update picked my vehicle up it was done at 2:15pm. They stated they were unable to get the camber and the caster to match, they left the chamber quote as good as they could get it which one side is -1.1degrees other side is -0.2 degrees both labeled red. Also stated quote your vehicle will still pull to the right, but it shouldn t wear your tires so after 4hrs they were unable to do a correct or acceptable alignment on my vehicle, yet I still paid $100 for an alignment that was incomplete?Vehicle I own is a 2000 Chevy s10 blazer 4wd, with new upper A arms, shocks, upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, and new pitman arm. All installed less than 100 miles before alignment.I d like to add that the reason for not being able to reach proper alignment on the camber is they lack the proper knowledge/training. On some older vehicles you need to change the camber bolts till you are able to reach proper camber alignment. Which obviously this did not happen because the old camber bolts are still installed

I wouldn't buy or even have a tire patched here. They can't seem to do anything quickly or even well.Sell junk tires at top prices and can't even mount truck tires.What a joke.I would be embarrassed if I was managing the place.Cheaper isn't always better..Spend more. You get more. .go on down the street to the Michelin dealer.

My car is a Nissan Versa and the stupid thing loves to eat the front tires. Chris at plaza tires in Mexico Mo. was kind and considerate concerning the fact that I had just had it aligned in the past at plaza tire. I don t know if it will stay in alignment because my car is retarded and never does but he has it right now. With my vehicle that s all I can ask for. He aligned it free of charge even which was above and beyond what I expected because unbeknownst to me it was under warranty. I suggest Plaza Tire in MEXICO MO. to anyone that needs their car aligned. Great Place Five Stars.

Purchased 4 new tires for my new van. They had a special on so got a good discount upfront. Then because they were super busy and it took longer than promised they made anither adjustment on my bill. I left as a pleased customer.

My husband and I were getting ready to go on an epic roadtrip to NY and Canada with a motorcycle tent trailer. We discovered that we needed new tires and bearings packed. Plaza Tire to the rescue! These men were amazing! Thanks to Daniel Barker and the team for taking care of us! They are truly Angels! We will now be able to travel with peace that our tires wont rest in pieces!Blue Skies and Tailwinds!

Called for an appointment on Saturday, they were busy; however, they fit me in on Monday. Which was perfect to drop my car off and run some errands. By the time I returned, there was a 10 minute wait while they were finishing up. The crew did a great job with service and time.

Plaza Tire was very friendly and helpful; with quick and efficient service. They were able to get a new tire on my car right away, even without an appointment. They saved me money and time and I will definitely be going back to them for new tires in the future!

Very dishonest and unprofessional. I came here for a Motor Vehicle DMV inspection. I had an appointment scheduled and they didn't get my vehicle in until over 30 mins later. When they took my car in for the service, they jacked up the front and when they went to lower he dropped it to the ground rather then lowering it slowly. Also when rasing my car he raised it so high that the roof of my car was touching the top of the lift. watching them work on other vehicles showed they didn't care about the cars they were working on. At the end they failed my inspection and said it would be an almost $900 fix.I decided to take it in to two other local repair shops to see if they founds any issues and upon inspection at both there was no issues at either. I believe they dropped my car in order to try and claim something being wrong with it.Don't go to this place it is a scam and make sure to get a second opinion before opting for any work to be done.
