The buying experience at Pearl Motor Co. was easy and fun! Stephanie helped make sure the car was in tip top shape before I could take it home. I hope to be back in a couple years for another car!

I cannot say enough positive things about George Huffman and Pearl Motor Company in Mexico, Missouri. They provided the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced and just a team that was extremely genuine and relatable. George had just finished attending the local Rotary luncheon and is clearly very generous to the local community. They have earned my loyalty and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

We had a great experience at Pearl Motor. Stephanie was amazing. She made sure we understood everything about the purchasing process and about the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. She followed up with us a couple days after the purchase and I know she will be available for us if we have any questions. Truly a great overall experience.

My service was relatively fast, however, I was extremely disappointed, once again, that no one from the service team came to me to review my service recommendations. I asked upon arrival to check my wipers for replacement. It appears the wipers were not replaced as I was not charged for new wipers. The recommendations on paper that I received indicated that wipers be replaced at 30000 miles 45000 miles and 60000 miles. My vehicle has 42000 miles, therefore, it is my opinion that the wipers should've been replaced or someone should've spoken to me explaining why they are not being replaced. Additionally, there are recommendations, on paper, recommending 4 tires and wheel alignment. It would be helpful for someone to explain to me the condition of my tires as well as why I need an alignment. Verbal communication is the most important part of good service.

From the first phone conversation with Stephanie to signing paperwork with Troy they were very honest and genuine. I felt like they truly wanted a long time customer and not just a one time deal.

Pearl Motor made my experience very easy for me. After searching for a specific car for the longest I finally found the one for me. My salesman was Gage, he was incredible to work with and made life so much easier for me making the process as simple as he could.

My main contact was Gage. Him and everyone that I met were really friendly! They had the truck I was interested in ready to go by the time I got there for my appointment. I was a first time vehicle buyer and they were patient enough to answer all of my questions and concerns. The whole process only took a couple of hours and I was able to drive my 2019 silverado off the lot in the same day. 5/5 stars would recommend!

I was looking for a new truck, but settled for a clean pre-owned. Gage Willingham was professional, polite, and was great in assisting me in finding what I was looking for, and in the purchasing. Best dealer experience I've ever had. I recommend them, and when it comes time for my next set of wheels, I'll be going there first. To the Pearl Motor guys: Thanks again, you guys are awesome.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival and escorted to a finely appointed waiting area. The service work was done quickly, and I was notified when the work was complete. My bill was processed in a thorough and expeditious manner, I paid, and was out of the door in no time at all. Pearl Motor Company is an efficient GM dealership. My time is valuable, and they seem to understand that in all facets of their operation. Thanks Pearl Motor Company!

Gage Willingham was very kind to work with. I called the day before to make an appointment for the next day and he had the vehicle out front ready to go. He called the next business day to make sure we were enjoying our new vehicle & see if we had any questions. He was personable, but made sure to keep the focus on us. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Called the service department to verify my repairs were going to be covered under warranty before taking in. They assured me they were. After waiting two weeks to get in they called and said it wasn t covered under warranty. I told them I would come and pick it up and they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee when I told them what it needed before taking it to them.

Dustin made it so convenient! They came to get my car from me at work and then returned it to me before my work day was done! They even cleaned the outside of my car which was one thing off my to do list this week! I greatly appreciated it and the service I received. They went above and beyond!

Working with Gabe at Pearl Motors was the best truck buying experience I have ever had. No overselling of things I did not need. I live over 350 miles from Pearl and we made the deal over the phone and when we arrived to pick up my new 2023 GMC Denali crew cab it was exactly as Gabe had told me. We were in and out in approximately one hour with a full tank of fuel. Would highly recommend Pearl Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have taken my Dodge Ram 1500 to other Dodge dealership usually it takes them more than 2 hours to swap out my tires and oil change. I use to go to pearl motors for all my vehicle needs cause I trust their service, but since they can not honor the warranty. But my other vehicle, which is a Chevy it goes to pearls motor for any and all it needs. Thank you, pearls motor
