Derek was amazing. We had many phone calls throughout the process trying to get my car diagnosed and quoted day-of while on a long cross-country road trip. He was patient, kind, generous, and extremely helpful to us, giving us accurate information and advice on how to move forward. I would not hesitate to go to him if I had to do it again!

Derek was awesome to work with and very timely he replaced both radiator and heater core. I ve taken my vehicle all over Blue Springs/Grain Valley area before and I highly recommend you take it here!! 100% trustworthy service and satisfaction!

YES, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.You know how you always wish you had a mechanic friend who knew how to work on cars you could ask? Thats what this felt like!No corporate franchise bull honky trying to sell you stuff. Just heres the problem. Heres the solution. At a legit fair fair price.I found my new go to guy.

Derek is honest, up front, his work is very thorough.I've taken my Ford Fusion to Rob Sight Ford 1600 dollars later the problem hasn't been fix. Was referred to Mr. Downs. Holy cow batman. He rock it.

I have taken my truck to Derek 3 times now and even though repairs are expensive I alway feel that he fixes what was needed, not like some places that try to sell you another dozen things that aren't broke.Having someone work on my vehicles that I can trust is a great feeling.I highly recommend his shop.
