Stay away plz plz they check my A/C only they not even fix my problem charged me $304 they don t have my parts to fix AC compressor

This workshop is the most expensive of all TA shops I have seen. To change a valve core on truck drive wheel out side tire and inflate tire costed me 56.99 USD. It may take 5 minutes to put the valve core and inflate tire. Their price is absolutely unfair.I promise I will never come to this workshop ever. And the lady at the service desk was unfriendly talking to customers. That's why the workshop was quite.

Being at this was great truck stop Tina. who can turn dollars into quarters. Was here along with parking lot Patty? I bet that old girl got her ex to pay the The court so she can get out. Which makes sense because we all know the correctional officers love parking lot patty.Wrap it before you tap it good luck guys log in.

Seriously the WORST experience at a TA shop! Had to argue with the tech about getting authorization that I already had. Couldn't do the repair because they didn't have the part. Head to the cashier to pay and she also gets an attitude. I also told her I didn't NEED authorization because I ALREADY had it! Says " So you are a company driver." First, I never said I wasn't, but no one wanted to listen. -5 stars

Nice people.Told service and mechanic about 2 problems. They fixed 1 and said all fixed. I pointed out the problem not fixed, they fixed it fast. So 4 stars overall.

They are probably the best TA I've been to. The guys hop on your truck right away in the shop. Only problem i have is you can't get to the front without walking all the way around the building. The other was lack of tires to choose from. I understand it's a problem right now but that was my only gripe.

We arrived at 11 PM last night to have them do a forced regen on our truck to clear the codes and move on to our HOT GM delivery. It s now 10 AM and we re still waiting to get pulled into the shop. Several trucks have gone in and out since we got here. If they would just give me the computer, I could force the regen. Only reason I m giving 2 stars is because they are friendly people. Only stop here if you have a couple of days to waste.

Bathrooms smell like dead rats. They have a very small selection of food and drinks. The young girls that work there are CONSTANTLY standing around the register GOSSIPING and only one person running a register. But you have 4-5 girls standing at the register. Just poor customer service. The Popeyes has given us great customer service and great food. The Taco Bell wasn't terrible, but the tortillas on the burritos were cold, and there was 2 people working and no other customers at the time. No excuses.

The worst T/A hands down. Cashier's are always rude and snobbish. Waited two hours for a shower, stood near the showers and watched people exiting and for two hours no one even attempted to clean them for waiting driver's. As I left the store I walked around, just to check. Two people was restocking shelves and three were standing behind the cash registers doing nothing. Needless to say, I went down the street to the Love's and fueled and showered.

I pulled him there as a commercial driver 1/2 of the diesel pumps were not working properly or dispensing fuel very very slowly. There was no squeegees or clean water for washing windows.And the Palms did not charge correctly. With fuel discounts. Travel Americas are my favourite places to stop But this station today was very disappointing

Rude cashiers...quite snobbish to be out in the middle of nowhere. You d think they d be happy to see people. Her name tag said Chelsea and in training . Perhaps they haven t reached the chapter on customer service etiquette yet. Common sense would say it begins with hello and a smile.

I've been waiting for 3 hrs while the only work that was ahead of me was 1oil change and 1tire change... the guy behind the counter was more concerned about playing on his phone while they shop hand had 2 of friends hanging out in the shop smoking cigarettes. Also they had me pull up to a bay but refused to pull me into the bay... sooooo i was blocking the dead end not to mention small parking lot. They were not concerned that it was just about impossible for drivers that were looking for parking to turn around. TA should be embarrassed of the way this facility is being ran... update 4.5 hrs still waiting and it doesn't seem like there's a mechanic on duty

Second TA in 2 days that can't service my truck because they only got one person working. I guess I'll spend the extra money and let Speedco do it. At least I'll get it done in a timely manner. TA/Petro service is the worst in the industry now days

I make this a regular stop when I'm running in this area the people are all helpful and friendly the building is older but clean they always have people stocking shelves and cleaning counters making fresh coffee. It's a good place to stop

No Cafe won't stop and buy fuel until they get the sit-down cafe back. If I wanted Micky burgers id go to McDonald's .

Truck repair. Tire shop, quick fix and small repairs to get you back on the road . Usually less waiting times as compare to Love's repair shop.

They are too incompetent, apart from they treat you too badly change the oil the morning of 7/20/19 after they took out the oil they told me they did not have the filters. Also to save responsibility at the time of payment they make you sign that you are going under your responsibility and if you do not want to sign they call you to the police THIEVES

I had an ultra one credit expiring at midnight so stopped in to use it for popeyes after I fueled but kiosk wouldn't print. I'm always gear 5 so I look forward to using credits for food. Now this one is wasted.

They have good mechanics here and the people at the service desk are nice. They fixed my radiator really good. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Worst customer service,long grey hair guy doesn t know how to speak with customer, was smoking inside the building around the bays.that kind of person need to get fire ASAP ,damaging the reputation of company.Won t recommend anybody to stop there to get anything fix.Long wait also.have to give them one star because doesnt proceed without that otherwise I won t even give them one star.

Called in for a hub seal told them i was on site parked behind shop and they listed me as eta 4hours away. Other than that repair was quick once i got in the shop.

Slow service, shower #1 the buzzer doesn't work. So if you don't push hard right away you have to get someone to open it. That took 20 minutes for someone to show up.

Worst repair shop for the truck ever. Spent there many hours. The crew cannot solve problems and will waste your time and bill you hundreds even if they didn t fix anything.

They said not busy we can fix your problem within an hour and i was waiting for 3 hours and i just left.
