If I could give negative stars I would! Worst experience ever!! My car was supposed to be towed by them. They even talked with my insurance company and told them, AND I, that they would be able to come tow my car late on a Friday night. They never even bothered to call me or answer the phone, any of the many times I tried to call them over the weekend, when my car never showed up! I had no idea where my car was until I drove to find out it was still on the side of the road over an hour away from where I live. Sat there unlocked on the side of the road all weekend! DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!! TERRIBLE!!

Had a blowout early this morning and searched for roadside assistance in this area. Came across a review that was very similar to my situation and reach out to this company. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. The man was able to replace the tire at a reasonable price, again I agree with the previous review. Hopefully I won t need any roadside assistance again but if you ever need assistance, definitely choose this company! Highly recommend! Thank you for helping us this morning!

Worst road side service ever! One star is being generous! They deserve zero! They left me on the side of the road! This place told me they would pick up my car in 90 min but they lied and never came and got my car at all! My car collided with a deer Friday and they left my car there all weekend no answer no nothing they told me they would be here and they are horrible! Don t ever use them they will leave your car forever! My car was unlocked and everything for 3 Days because I had no way of getting to my car that was an hour and 30 min away! I hope you go out of business!

This place is terrible! If I could give it zero stars I would! I had a deer hit my car Friday, I was told it was gonna get picked up at a certain time and everything! I called them and they said yep we will be there to get it! They never called or anything to notify me that that weren t coming after that phone call! They left my car on the side of the road and since it was Friday and I lived over an hour away and had no transportation I had to be patient till Monday. Waited and called over the weekend and no answer! Nothing! I mean nothing! I finally got a ride to see if it was there or they took it somewhere else! They left my car on the side all weekend unlocked with the keys in it! I was pissed! Never use them they are horrible people, and will leave you stranded!

Waited over 3 hrs for this company and they showed. Called over 10 times and they would never pick up their phone. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

Update: As of the next morning after waiting 2 hours from when they were dispatched and then another 30 minutes Kia called them to find out they took another job instead. Do not use.Waited and waited and waited. Had to take off work early to be there for the tow. Called him and he said within two hours he would be there. Never showed. Wouldn't answer my calls and wouldn't answer Kia calling either. Told him what time the Kia dealer closed. He said it would be picked up before they closed but then ghosted me and Kia Roadside Assistance.

The transmission went out on my car and I have roadside assistance on my insurance. I used my insurance app to request a tow truck to get my car home. It took a while of course, but we were happy to wait. The guy came and hooked my car up and got it to my house with no problems. I just appreciated him coming out to get my car. He was very friendly and I would use this towing company again.Service: Car towing

We were skeptical before calling due to the poor reviews, but we didn't really have much choice. We had a tire blow out on 57 almost at the illinois line late on a Sunday afternoon. Most tire shops were closed and the tow shops open didnt offer roadside tire service unless we had a spare, which we did not.MNO answered quickly and happened to already be heading our direction to unlock a vehicle, swung by and grabbed our wheel and took it back to the shop.There was, of course, a wait, but this isn't the kind of service you can expect to be instant. He was polite and professional, but most importantly the price was VERY fair.We expected to pay an arm and a leg (considering he had to come get our wheel, took it back to the shop and mounted a brand new tire, and then drove a half hour back to install it) but it was not much more costly than what I would have paid in a shop and it definitely beats what I would have had to pay for a tow to a tire shop if I couldn't find a tire to be brought to me.Overall, happy with the service, and I think that some of the bad reviews may come from the fact that people expect roadside service to be instant, but that's not really how it works. Would use again if needed and in the area.Service: Tire change

I have never submitted a review before but I feel compelled to warn others of this company's shoddy (read nonexistent) service. My son and his girlfriend were en route to a special event when the car broke down roadside on the interstate 120 miles from home (and the event). My husband and I came to their aid but could not repair the car so we contacted our insurance company. They arranged tow services through MNO and we were assured that help would arrive in 45 minutes or less. We waited in vain for an hour and a half, making multiple calls to MNO that went straight to voicemail. The insurance company tried to get in touch as well with the same result. While we waited, a good samaritan stopped and asked if he could help but there was no word from MNO. Luckily my husband was able to get the car off the highway to a secure location. We are currently on our way to an event that will be nearly over by the time we arrive. I urged our insurance company to put a big black mark through MNO's name to prevent other travellers from suffering the same fate and would advise anyone reading this to do the same.

No show, no call back to stay they changed their mind and were not going to help!!!!! Left me stranded in a storm for 3 hours and I had to just figure out they were not going to show up or inform me they weren t coming!!!! Most unprofessional roadside service I have ever used in my entire 20+ years of traveling on the road!!! A simple call back woulda been really nice!!!!!!!!!!

Sat for two hours waiting, while calling multiple times to get an ETA...no answer, my insurance provider sent them out, they also called still no answer. Voice mailbox full so couldn't even leave a message. Insurance finally got company from out of state to come get us!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Rude, unprofessional. If I had the option to give zero stars I would. He tried to bully me and got very hostile with me. I have reported him to my insurance company. He has no business running a tow company with a HALF TON TRUCK. Not to mention he keeps his truck junked up. I let him tow one vehicle of mine and after that it was messed up worse. He will never tow anything else of mine.

Locked my keys in my car while running the morning off 11-2-19. Called progressive my insurance company. They dispatched MNO roadside service. He came from matthew's mo which cape girardeau mo is way closer to me. He got theree in about a hour. Got in and unlocked it. Very nice and professional. Tha k u MNOme

A little professional courtesy would of been nice, answer the phone, say you're not coming or better yet let my provider know that you're not coming!!

Waited for two hours for them to show up with multiple phone calls from me & my service provider with no answer & no show. Finding someone else to tow us now. The LEAST they could ve done was answer the phone???? Like don t come, fine, but answer and let ya girl know lmao. They promissed to be there within 1 hour. Then they have dissapeared. No call back, not answering the phone, nothing. Lost time and energy with these guys. Better call somebody else.

Schedule for a time that was an hour away and waited until then with multiple follow up calls and no answer and no show. Had to find someone else.
