Loves staff is great, but the two blonde girls always working subway need to be fired. Always taking breaks together closing subway for an hr+ now today its closed at 8pm due to bad weather? No rain. No snow, not even below freezing, just windy out... ridiculous always some excuse from them why it's closed. Pass through here weekly.

Apparently the morning and afternoon shop personnel provide different services, I called to verify that I could have a PM completed on my truck and specifically my apu not to have 2 separate visits, the person on the phone was very clear the the filters where in stock and could take care of everything although there was a shift change about to happen and if I was told no, to inform them I called and was told yes (crazy), when I go to check in I was instantly told NO we don't do apu, I corrected him by saying I called and they told me you'd say that, that was followed by another we don't do apu's, although another tech was nice enough to say if I had the filters they could do it, but that was followed by another no we don't do apu from,... long story short TA for the win

This is the Love s shop in Matthews, MO. on a Sunday evening. Got here around 6 PM. Was told it would be a 6 hour wait while both bays are empty, and both trucks sitting.

Stopped here to get my Mottorhome/Trailer Rig Add-On TPMS sensor working. Bought a 10 Sensor Kit, and ONE Sensor wouldn't register. Derrion and Dustin helped me out and didn't charge me a dime. Derringer knew right away what I was talking about, and he went straight to work. Ruled out the sensor as the problem and started troubleshooting the valve stem extension (Inner Wheel). Couldn't get it to accept the sensor enough to register on the monitor, so he climbed under the rig and took the extension off. Then he installed the Sensor on the Wheel valve stem and voila! Got a reading on the monitor, and we were back on the road to Texas. Thank you sooo much for the assistance, Derrion and Dustin, but especially for Derrion for doing the work.

Cameron is slow like a turtle, it took him 2 hours to print an invoice, also has no communication skills!Mr Kenneth on top his work, came to fix tires and he also found a piece of tiny rock on self inflating tubes! Hands down! Get well soon Mr Kenneth

Repair shop personnel always try send other places.don t like to work .They always give you waiting time 2 to hours.after three hours waiting they go to roadside.I would recommend drivers not to come here .don t waist yours expensive time ..I hate this shop

Roadside service. Doug was the technician that came down to Hayti, Missouri from Mathews (hour drive). Nice guy, very laid back.The only issue I see is the wait of 3+ hours. If servoce calls are taking so long then add more techs.

3 hours to change a tire, disrespectful, all the empty billboards, that's how things go...
