Worst experience ever the guy was extremely rude walked in tried to ask for a service and the guy goes. What do you want? I stopped not knowing he was talking to me and then he raise his voice. What do you want and then going to tell me, he doesn t work on trucks When he clearly was working on trucks don t waste your money here go elsewhere. Absolutely the worst I would give zero stars but I have to give one to comment. I will highly recommend choosing JSH towing brand new equipment. The employees are very nice. Best tow truck company around and mechanics.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. Ask the guy multiple times what it would cost to get my truck. Told him how stuck it was and his excuse was he didn't bring a big enough truck. So then he called someone else to bring a bigger truck. The whole time I'm thinking the tow would be around 200 but nope when he pulled my truck out he wanted close to 800. I paid the tow but I never will deal with him again. He's a crook. My truck sat for about a month and when I got to looking for my go pro I realized he must've picked it up. My go pro is mia and we don't lose stuff here. Absolutely the wrong person to call for help. He will over charge you and then steal whatever he wants from your vehicle. Beware

Truck shut down on overpass at 4:00am called D and K spoke with the owner the only thing he wanted to know was how much air pressure I had , not it will cost you this or let me see if I have someone to come get you he said hang on im on my way..This man came in his 1 ton pulled me to his shop his service tech was there to meet us diagnosted my problem and with in a feel minutes had my truck running with temporary fix so my dog and myself could have heat..At 8 am they were there and had me in the shop with techs working on multiple issues to get me back running..Never have I experienced service like this within my 24 yrs of O/O..And the total on my ticket was beyond fair actually felt like I owed them more..If I could give them 10stars I would..

If your not in a wreck or need to be towed for an arm and a leg don't waist your Tim because they will and your moneyleft me stranded endangered the public for hour's shut off phones never returned call if you word is your character they have none....

What a wonderful people And the man of his word he sayed we will be there an hours and a 1/2 They got to me On time as they promise And fix my problem less than 30 minutes I was off of the ramp No time and be able to get to truck stop. These guys were great. Called they said 45 min told me what they charge. My driver was up and running in no time. And they charged me appropriately for the service. Would use them again if we ever get in a bind in the same area.

Avoid at any cost!!!!They will try to get every dollar from you!!!These people create problem not try to solve it and rip you off your money!!!!And what it was is simple mechanical job they were not capable of doing it.If we all stop feeding these people with money we might make difference to road service current situationServices: Tires, Brakes

$650 for the mechanic to come out and look at youtube videos on how to use his computer. He stated he did not go to school but hopes to one day. I was warned by this company. And now I'm warning Google. These guys will rip you off.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Very helpful when my wife was in a wreck little did they know it was a great day day anyway even though the car was totalled we found out that day she was cancer free for one year and the drive made sure she was ok thank you for your service may God bless your family and business

Don t ever ever go this place .i have air leak & they changed single air hose & charged me $800. They buy the part but I ask for receipt they never provided me. They said they gonna email me. Basically they robbed me. The worst experience I ever had. I wish there is 0 star .if u wanna get robbed or throw your money away go visit them. Very disgusting & unprofessional.

Used them for a road call. Do not recommend. Bad employees come and milk the clock tried to rip off our owner operators. Will overcharge for parts 3x the price. Will say it's something else just to charge more. Stay away truckers

Met the mechanic across the street from their shop, didn't do anything but hooked the computer to the truck and didn't fix anything but charged me $600 . Don't say you were not warned

Very unprofessional personal. When I called they gave one price, then when I showed up for repair it was another price. The service guy was rude. Would not recommend.

I had my truck towed from Betrand because it brokw down. I called them and asked if i could get it back they said yes. And I have been trying to get it back since Wednesday and the owner will not come open the gate. I do not recommend them. I would call JSH for any of my towing needs

Towing is usually a good service, only have had one major problem with them. They never showed when sent to my location, and then blamed my insurance.

Fast but expensive. They overcharged me for parts. Bring your own parts. Labor is $105/hour.
