Not open at 7am, and unfriendly. Both my husband & I had issues with them working at my appt time. Then I called because I am outside waiting, they weren t even opening up at the time they are supposed to. One guy even gave my husband & I attitude and complained to his employee that we had a custom and good luck . I KNOW this is not how this place should be managed. If you hate your job, quit. Don t make other people miserable, and LATE.

Don t seem to understand rules of tires. Ordered car tires for my boat trailer. Next day guy refuses to put on trailer tells me I need trailer tires. Come back next day they can t work on trailers. They don t have means to work on my empty boat trailer. But they loaned me a jack to do it myself in parking lot.

Four stars is generous. I got my tires replaced and they did not inflate the tires to the correct psi, not even close. But as of yet, nothing else seems to be wrong so, unless that changes, the service is good enough value for money...

Service was great, people friendly and work done rather speedily. A complete opposite of the store in Clinton, Missouri. Got new tires at both stores!

My tire went flat in the parking lot after getting groceries, and the guys there got me in right away and fixed it for me. Went the extra mile by helping me bring it in and out and then made sure I was good to go with a torque wrench once it was back on the car. Really appreciated their help since it was so cold.

Told me it would be less than 30 minutes to patch my tired when I called ahead and got there. It was almost an hour and half later when they called me saying my car was done. Just unhappy with how long it took and having to wonder around the store that long since they wouldn't let us sit in the car.

The dude with the piercings had the best service. Was totally above and beyond what I was expecting. I came in for an oil change and he offered to do a full car check-up for free. The oil change was also $30 cheaper than I expected.

I used to come to get my oil changed here, never had a problem recently. Very slow service, employees aren t as friendly as I remember. Took them an hour an a half to get my oil changed with only one other car in the shop.

There is no point in making an appointment and being told it will be under 30 mins if I m going to sit waiting for over an hour.

Got 3 tires replaced before taking a 6 hour trip. I also requested to have my valve stems replaced. After arriving to where I was visiting to, I had a flat. The valve stems were never replaced. Big inconvenience!

I was at the door waiting patiently for it to open at 7am and the guy just sort of looks at me. I walk all the way around the building and then come to a line of people and the door now open... Just annoying. Amazing service when I got there though.

These guys are overworked and under staffed. There is an obvious need for more bays and more employees.

A better service experience than usual in part due to my attendant mechanic Loyd Owens he was a very helpful and insisted on calling the manager and had the store pay for some very expensive repairs that another technician cause a few weeks ago
