Shell Service and repair is by far the most honest repair shops with personal care that you no longer see. Our 2011 Buick has been taken to a Kansas City North dealership twice for repair. The problem had continued. With our son at college in Maryville. I located Shell Service. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and agreed to fix the vehicle. Without delay the car was fixed and no more oil leak. The owner further explained that his father opened the businessin 1958 and he continues to run it as his father did. If you are looking for an honest and extremely knowledgeable business, I would recommend Shell Service!Kudos to Shell Service.

I was traveling near Maryville on a trip when our brakes froze up on our vehicle. Because we were from out of town and just passing through, I thought it would be hard to find someone to fix the vehicle in short notice, and also figured that we would get a premium charge as a lot of repair shops take advantage of travelers.This place is not one of those places. The owner, Marshall Shell, got us in quickly and fixed the problem very quickly. He could have really stuck it to us, but he's one of those rare old fashion honest and decent men that our country could stand to have a lot more of. If we ever stop in Maryville again, I am going to stop in and give his company some more of my business.I'm 67 and this place reminds me of when I was a kid, back in the day when you didn't have to lock your doors every time you left home and could actually leave your car keys in the ignition without fear of it being stolen.They offer genuine "service" and honesty. I didn't even ask him price because we were in a spot, but unlike most companies, this one was extremely helpful and honest and didn't take advantage of us. Makes us smile and gives us hope that there are still people out there like Marshall and his company.

The wonderful men who work here helped me open my car after locking my keys in the car. They were able to come to my location in a timely manner and were able to open the car in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. Overall, they are kind individuals and effective at what they do.

This family owned business is a life saver! For me in the last 35yrs I've needed them and they've always been there and quick. Thanks Marshall and your crew for being so good to us

I was in town from out of town and I had a turn signal burn out. I got a bulb but could not get the bulb out due to the special wire retainer. The gentleman that helped me out dropped everything, came and got the light bulb out, cleaned terminal, put dielectric grease on it and reinstalled it for just $5. I gave him $20 for being so helpful. Thanks again!

Very professional, courteous, and understanding. They were able to get me in quickly (same day) and and had me back on the road in a few hours. Very well pleased with them. Kudos and props!

They damaged my car during or after towing to the extent that it no longer runs and had to be towed back home!

Got my car repaired in a timely manner, but was overcharged significantly for parts, specifically a wheel bearing, labor cost was fair, had to be fixed so I paid it. Being in a college town, there are lots of naive younger teens and young adults that can quickly get ripped off by auto mechanics. I don t recommend to anyone and I won t be returning.

My battery died (4 hours s from home) and they came right to my location, got me going, and replaced my battery at the station. They were quick and friendly. They really gut me out of a bind! I highly recommend Shell Service Station!

Fast and good quality. Not afraid to double-check other mechanic's work when you need a second opinion. Open at convenient hours. Also are a dependable towing/roadside assistance service in all weather. Have had nothing but good experiences here.

I am so very impressed with the service at this shell station. I want to thank Trevor .Marshall and John. For quick friendly efficient service. My car was repaired within 4 hrs of pickup and ready to be driven the same day. Thank you all from the California Caddy.

They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service when in need as my vehicle broke down at the spur of a moment. Marshall the owner even gave me a ride back to the shop on a very cold day and he went back to tow my vehicle for service to be done. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Shells Standard Service and if not serviced take your vehicle in for an inspection of your vehicle when needed. There are very few service stations that offer Gasoline, Tires, and all around automotive service and at Shells Service they do all of this and then some!!! Thanks for the excellent customer service and very competitive shop rates with all other shops!

I've had Marshall do plenty of work on my vehicle and never had an issue on a side note you will have to be patient because he is slammed most of the time and very very busy so he will be able to get you in when you can but it is worth the wait

Most honest and hard working guys I've ever met , truly recommend. I've been living in maryville for almost 2 years now and I've always gone to them for mechanic work and they always get the job done and done right and quick !

Did great work for me in an emergency situation on a 2001 Blazer. Fast, fair and affordable. I am from out of town with 2 kids in college at NWMS. It means a lot to have a local shop in my kids town that I can trust!

Marshall came out on the hwy at 2am and picked me up...had may car running the next morning...good price on the water pump, but didnt think he charged me enough for the tow...:) highly recommend if you want prompt service at a competitive price...

Will take advantage of you, especially college students. If you need something replaced, look around at parts stores yourself. He will buy his parts only from Car Quest and mark them up even more because they are in the Ol' Boys Club together. If you let him buy the part, SAVE your receipts or warranty won't exist even at the store. Got a part with life time warranty and no store has any record of him even buying that part on or around the date it was put on (transaction was even on my bank statement). I could have bought it myself and had the warranty in my name so no "disappearance" of records could occur but wasn't aware of the business ethics he supports. Will never return to this business.

First time going to this place bc every where else was full. We went to the wrong gas pump and the guy who came out was kinda rude when telling us that was only for people who wanted employees to pump their gas. So we moved and didn't make a fuss about it.

Have got several vehicles serviced at Shells Standard Service and they are very competitive in prices with other shops and do a very great job of going out of the way to provide excellent customer service! Thanks again Marshall!!

Expensive but good work. Buy your own parts and just get the labor from them. Good work
