Went and had new tires mounted and balanced. Mechanic advised I should have new upper ball joint installed before alignment should be done. Ordered part and will be taking it back for further service. Thanks for being honest!

Got a floor sander for a day. We have used these kinds of machines fairly often for years as we have remodeled multiple houses and rentals. It would not stay tight as one side is stripped and needs repaired. Called the business and the man we talked to said yes that happens, you have to be careful to tighten it "just so". Tried again being extra careful to tighten it "just so" but as soon as you turn it on it wiggles loose again. Took it back about two hours after picking it up and the owner came out yelling about it being our fault and pay the bill or get out. Complete jerk- bad business. Do not recommend.Also- this has clearly been an issue with other customers. When we picked it up the gal at the front desk asked if we knew how to run these machines because it has to be tightened just right or it will shred the paper.(should have seen that red flag) When we called with our concerns that we got it tightened but it wiggled loose almost immediately thee man knew exactly what we were talking about.I asked if it was a sander that used Velcro, that doesn't mean I haven't used any other kinds of sanders. We have used a drum sander multiple times.P. S. The machine not working correctly was frustrating but the real problem was how we were treated. Every business has a problem now and then. If you scream at your customers because there is a concern then you have things to work on....UPDATE...We rented the EXACT kind of sander from Mound City Lumber in Mound City Missouri. It works perfectly! Turns out I wasn't the problem after all! Also, their customer service was phenomenal!My wife posted this review for me but I would like to mention that not only did the owner yell at me he screamed at my wife when she said that she videotaped the sander having the issue. What kind of MAN does that. Especially if he wants to run a business!

I needed to rent a mud mixer, and Northwest equipment rental was the closest place to get one. The people were friendly and helped me load the mixer into my vehicle. The mixer was great, and I was able to pour 37 bags of concrete in two hours.

They are friendly, professional, and honest. They take good care of my car and I haven't had any issues with any of the work that they did. i called for a wheel alignmemt and they were able to get me in the next day. The mechanic did a fantastic job with the alignment. He did not cut any corners as he took my truck for a test drive, wasnt happy then hooked it back up to the machine for some fine tuning and anothet test drive. when complete the truck drove womderfully. Friendly service, competitive price, I highly recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

shopping online for some equipment to rent for demo a house. No pricing whatsoever online, website or on their facebook page. Way more work to wait till the next day to find out pricing when other places are a click away to make a decision no matter the night.
