This dealership literally bent over backwards to complete and then revise my deal for a new Equinox due to a mistake I made on compatible flat tow vehicle for RV dingy tow. Service department was excellent at making modifications necessary. Top to bottom great people but Mike Riley and Steve Miller are exceptional.

Very quick and efficient (and reasonably priced, too). Had a tire problem and they fixed it without any other gimmicks or sales. The staff was sociable and nice. The coffee was mediocre. Would recommend to a friend.

I couldn't have asked for a better place. Caring , knowledgeable and friendly staff. Mike Riley was an amazing salesman. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone seeking to purchase a different vehicle.

This General Motors Dealership is a complete business with their repair garage & auto body repair shop. The customer waiting area is comfortable with a clean air smell that does not smell like a repair garage. It has a t.v. & reading material. Their costs are as most garages are, reasonable. This business was purchased from Mr. Wilkinson by Bud Boyles & sold twice since then. There are employees there from when Mr. Wilkinson owned it. That is exceptional & no other auto business within Maryville Mo. has that loyalty. If you want to buy a car, then this is a good place to buy from. If you need automobile service, this is a good place to have your vehicle serviced.

After hitting a deer, we had our vehicle towed to Boyles, the only place that had a truck available, and we decided to just have our vehicle fixed there since it was a reputable dealership in Maryville. The following parts were replaced: Front bumper, fender, headlight, grill, hood, and radiator. The front driver door was also repaired. The paint was a good match but they were too lazy to take the mirror off the door to paint it so there was spray on the black plastic of the mirror. This was the same for the plastic on the fender and the new bumper. The paint on the door ran the whole length of the door and under the door handle. They also left out bolts that connected the new grill to the fender. I wish I had noticed this all the day that I picked it up, but unfortunately I had only noticed the overspray on the mirror. The body mechanic nicely told me that he could fix it but we'd have to wait 90 days to let the paint set. When we went inside to pay with the insurance I asked the lady who was helping us if we could get this in writing and she told me that she was "Insulted" that I would ask and that in this town because her business is known for it's word and that they "might not do that in the big city." She also told us we could trust her because she was "sleeping with the boss", who was obviously her husband, but the joke still made me particularly uncomfortable. I felt very attacked because she knew I was a college student at the time, and I would never take any car back there. I would expect that a dealer should be able to perform basic bodywork and painting without running the paint but I guess I was wrong. I have restored cars with my dad my whole life and have painted multiple cars myself. Had the accident not happened in Maryville, I would have done it myself. Overall, the staff was very rude to me, the work was awful and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Real Mechanics with honest work. A bit too priced for a small town. But it's honesty.
