Predatory scammers is all I can say. Super high repair bill and they didn't put my vehicle back together correctly. They stole about $20 worth of screws (shop stated that they were never there to begin with but they were) and broke one side of my $200 engine cover on my 2015 Chevy Colorado. Got pics to prove my claims are legit. They will be uploaded with my review. As you can very well imagine this was the first and the last time I will be taking any of my vehicles to them ever again.*Edit* 03-05-2024Dave made things right and ordered me everything I needed to get my truck back together (Picked up parts today 03-05-2024). Most shops don't own up to things like this when it happens on their watch but he did! I am now a satsified customer to say the least. Thank you again Dave!

If you want a company that follows a process and is transparent, Quality Auto is THE place!They we upfront about everything, gave prices before they started the work, and didn't try to tack on a bunch of nonsense work to make more money either! The stayed in regular communication and even gave us a loaner vehicle while they worked on ours. I can't say enough about how happy my wife and I are with Quality Auto and their process!

Quality Auto Repair was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my car and completed fairly significant fixes required with great quality. They also communicated effects and in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will use them again!

I have known David for years, He is an amazing Mechanic and person. I trust him without a Doubt. I brought my car in to get an inspection and emissions. Him and his staff did a wonderful job. Getting my car up to par. I would recommend him to everybody. I know very trustworthy And great service.

A couple years ago, I went in for a check engine light on. I have to take it twice because they could not figure out why the light kept on turning on. The second time they did not even communicate with me and just changed the air sensor which was new because I had just replaced it myself and charged $1,000 for it. I finally took the car somewhere else where they confirmed it was the transmission, which is a common problem for the type of car I had, they should have known. I was going through stuff in my life that it was very hard to fight this situation with them. I replied with a text message about the situation and never heard back, no solution, no reimbursement, no apology. So, I spent over 1,000 dls for something that did not have remedy. I had left the situation in the past but recently I got some mail advertisement, I have moved several times and found my address, the situation made me angry again. If you are an old customer, you have formed your own opinion from them, if you are new, I would never recommend this place. The second time I took my car for the problem, while waiting in the lobby, I overheard instructions that they had the rule of giving regular customers priority, so new customers were less priority even if they had come for a service first. It seems like they are more concerned about playing nice, being nice to customers, and spending on mail advertisements rather than the actual work.

One of our Maryland Heights police officers, gave the recommendation said he used them for his own vehicles that they would hook me up And take care of my car and that they did. They re very kind I appreciate the Prompt timing very appreciative. I definitely will be returning for future maintenance.

I can t say enough about Quality auto repair. It s hard to find an auto shop that you can trust but these guys were honest upfront about everything even when they ran into an unforeseen problem, they told me about it they explain things to me so I would understand what was going on. Dave and Nick do a great job of communicating throughout all the repairs I have. It s well worth the drive to their shop for me to use them.

I've known Dave for years he's hard working, honest, reliable and I trust him with my car. His shop is clean, the team is very professional and really care about your needs. I have a 27 year old car that had vibrations in the steering wheel and I was thinking the worst that it needed all kinds of work but Dave has this great intuition with vehicles and the first thing he started with was exactly the issue with it and I left extremely happy. I would never take my car anywhere else here in Missouri! Quality Auto is where you want to be for all your auto needs.

David and his team we're above and beyond professional. Nick communicated clearly what to expect in my visit. Everyone was honest and courteous. I was provided with an exceptionally clean loaner vehicle. They even allowed me to bring it home and return it rge next day for no additional charge. I would recommend their services to everyone. Great job!!!

Horrible! Multiple damage was done to my car, he tried to cover it up by gluing the broken parts of my dashboard and didn't tell me that he broke anything, I had to ask what happened before he even acknowledged and explained that he broke my dashboard in multiple places. My glove compartment is also broken, and a part was left off of my car! And my heat still doesn't work correctly! Yet I paid $466 to get my heat fixed. They overcharge and once you're in the shop he claims other things are wrong and the price continues to rise. If you say no, then he still charges for diagnostics and the original repairs that he started. So you have to pay him and another shop to get your car fixed. I'm adding pictures of the damage that he did. He was a person who I thought was a friend until this happened. This shop has no integrity

I took my Nissan 2013 SV car for a gear shift problem, it gets stuck in parking mode. I bought this used car in May 2023, It looks like a common problem in Nissan cars due to CVT transmission. Most of the shops recommended to go with the dealer, then I got a quote from the dealer. I went to this shop based on online ad and their experience in Nissan cars. The shop person claimed they can fix it around $550, but simply wasted time, money, and effort in name diagnostic fees and gave a 50% higher price than a dealer quote. After paying $200 for diagnosic, fees the issue still remains the same. I regret my decision.

Let me just say... I drive from South City to his location (which isn t close) because I trust him. He works with integrity (which is hard to find in a mechanic), he is very professional and his pricing is great.He has done several things for our vehicles. He has gotten us in fast and gotten it done and back on the road in no time. His pricing is always reasonable. I recommend him with the highest regard.

Our truck drove like it was on a mission to always get in the left lane. Possibly a former nascar truck. The owner David called me personally with what he advised to do. She is straighter than an arrow down 44 even after hitting all them potholes. Can t recommend highly enough. Should be 10 stars for customer service.

Fantastic group of guys over here. Needed just a quick inspection done, other shops were needing 2-3 weeks, they could get me in the same day. Wonderful customer service, polite and knowledgeable staff, they took care of me and my vehicle in very little time and I left happy. It s rare to find an auto shop where you don t dread the process of working with them. These guys are great. Will absolutely use them again.

Quality Auto Repair and Tore took care of me when I unexpectedly got a flat tire on my way into work. They quickly worked me into a busy day and my car was ready in just a few hours! Everything was timely and fixed as requested. As I pointed out to Haley only suggestion would be if the actual work repair is performed , I don t think there should be a diagnostic charge for labor.

I had a great experience. I needed assistance last minute, and the staff was courteous and accommodating despite being understaffed and busy. They were ready for me exactly at the time of the appointment and addressed the problem very quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future and have no reservations in recommending them to anyone in the area. Think they try to take advantage of older people. When my son was with me the guy he talked to was nice and helpful. But when I went to pick up my car it was all different the .I had to call my son and he had them call him. They told me it would have to be towed. I told them I drove it there. They wanted $1500.00 to fix it .I took it some were else little over 1/3 the cost. Word of mouth goes a long and I will let everyone not to deal with them. Sad but true

My husband and I were having problems with front drivers brake locking up. We called different shops and they couldn't get us in. I had seen great things about Quality Auto on the nextdoor neighbor app. My husband called spoke with Nick and he could get us in asap as this is our only vehicle for my husband to get to and from work. We went to quality they started working on it right away additional repairs were needing. Nick is the kindest, and honest man he worked with us so much. Quality auto is the only place we will continue to go to, in fact we have a 7:30am appointment thursday for 2 new tires. Their prices are very, very reasonable. Nick went above and beyond to get the vehicle fixed and back to us as quickly as Possible. I brought my car in right before they closed on on Thursday, I had a diagnosis and a quote by 11 am the following day. Nick and his crew were very knowledgeable and open and honest about my car and the issues it had! I had my car before 4 pm the day after I brought it in. The service was amazing and having the complimentary loner car!
