Great body shop, I've been using Old Style body shop for 20+ years. There are dozens of body shops between my house and old-style. But I choose Old Style body shop because of the level of service that Phil and his team provide.

Had taken estimate of damage repair 2006 Toyota sienna van.1...Replace and paint front bumper,Rt side fender panel,Rt side front head lamp assembly.$ 2260 appx.Told Mr Phill that I have two other estimates that also included paint touch up of back bumper,front hood that had bird poop on it and general touch up all sides of car ..He came back w suggestion that head lamp assy will pass inspection and may skip replacement...New price VERBALLY OVER THE PHONE $1850.I told him I will think about it.But I insisted other proposal includes all items plus touch ups.He wanted more money like $600...I told him his original estimate( one in writing)of $2200 is within few $ of others w touchup. .He agreed to touch up ..When I was told van is ready for pick up,I went and paid _$2212.31printed invoice...did not chk details,did not check all the work ..was in hurry ..Later found out touch was not done many places, headlamp assembly was not replaced ..Phil said that I told him not to replace.TOTALLY NOT TRUE, FABRICATED.Phil started touch up and said it will not take long to finish ..I was feeling hot sun so told him give me the paint, I will finish touch up ..told him I did not like that touch up is not done and I have to sit around. He has given me the paint in glass bottle 1.5" dia,2" tall w few match stick to dip paint and do touch up ..Total Conclusion:I feel cheated on head lamp assy issue andHANDYMAN DELIGHT on touch up work. .The place has good reputation ...My experience is I AM CHEATED ..

Got my 2009 crown Victorias fenders replaced. Phil knows what he is doing and does it for a very fair price. I recommend this shop to anyone that will listen.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Locally owned! small shop with a family vibe, a lot of knowledge and experience with a very fair price. They managed my insurance claim for a car accident Everybody is super but Phil and John work with me!. Give them a try!

I took my truck in because I over extended my passenger door and it wasn t shutting properly, it was dripping out of alignment and was leaking water. I was certain it was going to be a huge repair. The guys took my truck back right away and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Thanks for taking care of me so quickly. I ll definitely bring my truck back for any future body work needs!Service: Body & Trim

I would not recommend this shop. The timeline I was given was completely inaccurate. I was told a week and it took longer than a month. I never received any updates unless i called asking for one. When my car was finished I was not shown the work i was told its out in the lot somewhere. I found a new scratch on my vehicle and the inside was not taken car off. Footprints from ice melt salt was all over the inside, the floor and the doors from them kicking them open. We wanted a quote to get the car's paint restored and we were told it will cost a certain amount. I was then asked, are you sure you would want to put that kind of money into that car. Not sure what that meant, but clearly had didn't think our vehicle that means a lot to us was worth anything. I took the work to show another shop and they found the underside was not properly sealed and installed correctly and water was already making its way inside the trunk. You get what you pay for I guess. We are having to pay to have this shop's work fixed.Service: Body & Trim

We took our car there to get some damage repaired because they gave us a reasonable estimate. However there were several problems after we brought it in for repairs. They told me it would take two weeks to do the repairs and they had the car for close to three. When I went in to pick it up they said the repairs were almost $2000 more than the original estimate. I had to reference the quote they gave me so they didn't overcharge me. The next day my husband left to drive the car to work and his left tire (side where repairs were made) fell off right after he left our house (we live less than a mile from the body shop so this would not have happened on the way home)! They did not properly attach the tire and it caused even more damage to our car that will need to be fixed!

The experience at this shop was just okay. Dropped the vehicle off on a Monday, talked to the lead guy, he said he should be able to get it in that day and give us a call with what they find as the problem. Didn't get any calls, Thursday rolled around and we called them for an update, they said they had not looked at it yet, and they never communicated with us telling us they were delayed but they should get it in on that Thursday. We had told them ahead of time that we were paying out of pocket and not going through insurance so to give us an estimate before the work would be done. We called the following Monday for an update and they were already finishing the work. Never bothered to call us with an estimate for repairs. They called later that day to pick up the car. On the way home we heard a noise under the car, something flapping in the wind. Realized they took some screws out from the plastic shield under the front of the car and never bothered to put them back in, left them on the floor of the car. Bad communication and not completing a job is what gives this review low marks.

My truck had a medium sized dent in the side. They gave me a price up front, fixed it that day and the price never changed. They did a great job. You can't even tell there was every anything wrong with it.

I have been taking my car to Old Style Body Shop for the last 10 years and I will never go anywhere else! Ive been ripped off in the past by other mechanics. Phil and the rest of the team are honest, quick, and extremely reliable with body work/ engine work. Thank you Old Style Body!!!!

I don't know where to start. I took my car there becaus of the good reviews and that was my mistake. Phel was nice talker and he told me the car will look like new after they do body work on it and i believed him.They had it for a week and they called to pick up then i found few problems that you can easily see so phel said oh thats easy to fix and I'm like ok. So they kept it for another week called me to pick up another problem paint alittle rough and paint all over the window and they didnt attach the bumper right paint on my tire so i had to leave it again for few days for them to take care of it. Again came to pick it up it was very poor qwality fix. Anyways i took it becaus i needed a car so when i washed it i saw it was full of scratches really bad paint they cut my bumper alittle to make it fit and you still can see where the damge it looks so bad. And my back door window controler didn't work so i had to go back again so they can fix it. And today i saw the paint was breaking off it have a lot of dimples i took it back and phel kept saying it's good i told him why did you guys cut my bumper he kept lying and he said they didn't cut it thinking I'm stupid. I picked it up couple weeks ago and the paint already breaking off very bad work. I really feel bad i paid alot of money . He said bring it and i can mess with it and see. I told him i don't want you to mess with it i want you to fix it. Guys this's the short cut of my experience with these guy. They promise you one thing and they don't do what they promise. I know and I'm sure they will still going to do bad job on my car becaus i already gave them more than 3 chances and it's still bad. I hope nobody will have my experience with old style body shop. DON T GO THERE.

Brought my car here when the dealership said I had a major repair needed. Old style look my car over top to bottom and said there was no problems with my car. I really appreciated the honesty. Really upset with the dealership. Caused me to purchase a new car

I have taken my vehicles here for years to get body work done. I have always been pleased with the results and the time it took for the repairs to get done. They have worked well with my insurance and I have not had any problems here.

Phil is the Man! I've had multiple jobs done here and so have some of my other family members. I just moved to Chicago but I decided to bring it back because their quality is always top notch and they always stick to the quote. If I could just get you guys to open a location in Chi we'd be set!

Top notch professionals I received a quote immediately that was fair and I felt good about it . I'd trust my c300 to them and that is my baby. Took good care of me and I'd use them again and I highly recommend the experts at old style body shop

Highly recommend Old style!They are efficient, accurate on their estimate. Always done with work when they predict vehicle will be done-& we can t ever tell where the damage was when they are finished!

Got my truck back it had a mark where someone door dinged in there parking lot also air bubbles in paint on bumper that was painted and over spray allover wind shield so probably all-over truck also not happy that I have to take back and sit and wait to fix problems sorry no quality control.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
