I've gotten a hitch installed on two of my vehicles and never had any problems. Good price and great customer service. Shoutout to Joe for being extremely personable and helpful! Highly recommend Northwest Tire & Auto.

Took 6 hours to put a tire on. Tire guy doesn t come in untill 9am apparently. If you are not a continuous customer then good luck.

They worked me in with no appointment and got me back on the road for a reasonable price on two new tires. I've gone back to them since too replaced the other two tires and will continue to give these guys my business.

We drove from Wyoming to Missouri for our sons graduation. We needed a tire, and fast j order to make it back without the old one blowing on the highway. The guys here got my tire from the warehouse and had the car in the shop within an hour or so! So very helpful . And made us comfortable as possible while we waited. Highly recommended for anyone wanting nice , good old fashion, professional fast nice service!

They are competent with your car but that isn't the reason to go. One of the employees that mans the counter is a lunatic in the best way. Pickup takes a little longer than you might expect if you get the lucky draw but you won't regret the time spent.

I needed an inspection and was able to get in very quickly. The staff is great and very accommodating. I have had service in the past and was very pleased. They are the best of the neighborhood service spots.

Best shop around. I've been a customer here for over 20 years since Dobbs tried to over charge me by about 40% and suggest work I did not need done. I've been a loyal customer ever since and as a single woman I can say I've always been treated with honesty and respect. Top notch service and friendly staff. Recommend and if I could I'd give them 10 stars!

We had brakes put on and they seem to be doing alright. Price was competitive to other comparable places and they noticeably wiped down the driver seat after completion of the job. (Anti-Covid, pro-safety.) The owner is really nice and tried his best to work us in. It was also done in a very timely manner.

LOVE these guys! Not only is the staff super friendly, but they are no-nonsense mechanics who will be completely honest about your scenario and won't try to sell you anything you don't need, and they'll even tell you how you can save some money! I've been going there for a year and every experience I've had has been A++. So glad to finally have a trusted mechanic again!

Have been going there for over 30 years. They have always taken good care of us and I feel like they are honest. The other day my battery light came on, and they told me to come in right away and turn every electrical thing off I can, because my alternator is probably bad, if I turn the ignition off I may not be able to start and it may stall on my way there. They got it in right away and had it ready the next day.Services: Electrical, Oil change

We LOVE these guys! They are quick, honest and very personable! We had new tires, and one was showing the wire. They ordered it, had it the next day and on in less than an hour. They are always up front and my kids love going there! I highly recommend them!

Stopped doing unnecessary maintenance. I thought I needed my 4wd services anb when they started they stopped saying it was too clean and told me itmust have been done recently. Real honest...

I'd give a zero if I could. My wife got a flat right on the corner of their location. She went in to see if she could get a replacement. They turned her away because it was 5 and they close at 530. Told her to call someone to put a donut on because they didn't have anyone to help. I had to leave my 11Yr old with my 6 month old so I could change the tire. Once done I was leaving and seen a "mechanic" twirling his keys in the bay door. Great service thanks for leaving us hanging. So much for a shop that cares about it's community.

I ve been patronizing this company for years since they had a location on W. Florissant and I am happy with the service provided to my vehicle. Today, I was referred to as girl several times even after the conversation included the year I was born, which further proved that I was not a girl, but a 38 year old Black woman who should be referred to as ma am same as anyone else. My cash was also placed on the counter next to my waiting hand after they received my cash directly in their hand.

Prices are not displayed. You have to fill out a lengthy price request form for each tire they offer. In my size there were over 200 options, I'm not going to fill out 200 request forms.

I would trust these guys with any car you've got! I've been coming to them for years with foreign and domestics. They are always fair and offer competitive prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Joe and Russ are always fun to talk to too!

Great place for good tires! The workers are great and have an upbeat attitude. The only problem is that they always seems short staff. I was on hold for almost an hour for new tires. Overall I still like the place

Replaced wrong part (400 bucks)after failing to zero in on issue. I took my car in after it was idling very rough and starting dying when stopped. The scan showed a misfire in cylinder 2. They told me it was due to the PCV valve and I agreed for it to be replaced. Obviously it didn't fix the problem and they told me I should just take it to the dealer. I did and the dealer told me that all of my issues were due to a bad injector. They replaced it and everything is now fine. However I am out the 400 as I didn't even need the PCV valve replaced. Which added substantially to the end cost of repairing my car. I have been a LONG TERM customer and take both of my vehicles to Northwest. I also have highly recommended them to everyone I know. I warned my friends of this situation as I would've felt bad if they ran into something similar. I am pretty upset not only at losing 400 bucks but also because it was my go to shop. Now I have to find a new one. =(

Lived in the same area for 22 years and never knew they were down the road. Very helpful getting our car back on the road the most thrifty way possible! Very friendly and we will be back.

I was quoted a price on an installed trailer hitch of $199.95 the day before I dropped off my vehicle. When I dropped it off this morning I confirmed the price with Mark behind the desk of $199.95. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was a charge for $55 labor which neither Joe nor Mark had brought up. Their position was they always quote labor, "they have to pay their mechanic". Their attitude towards me was defensive and argumentative. I was being civil but asserting that no price other than the 199.95 was brought up by either of them.Lesson learned: Get your quote in writing.Gentlemen if you read this take note: Your attitude towards your customer is costing you business. Most customers simply go away quietly and will tell 10 other people about how they felt they were mistreated. In this case I'll probably reach a thousand via the internet. I own 3 vehicles and work 1/2 mile from your business but I don't intend to come back. You probably spend more than $55 to get a customer but would not make any concession. $45 would have won you one for life today.

As an employee this place is somewhere id take my personal vehicle and have no frets about who did what all very experienced and knowledgeable but kinda high parts price but is fair for quality of work given out and in a fairly timley mannor

Great service! They got what I needed super fast. The class E tires I use can be hard to find but not here. They also have a great array of quality accessories. Ver happy customer

They fit us in as soon as possible, they are open and honest about whether they can fix something or whether we NEED to fix an item now. It s a relief to know your money won t just be taken for no reason. Everyone there is nice and helpful.

Good shop with good reputation. Takes care of customers. Worked hard to get warranty applied to bill. I would strongly suggest using this business for your vehicle and trailoring needs.

Initially I was happy with the tires, but then I noticed cracks in the sidewalls so I took them back to Northwest Tire who I bought them from they said that yes they contacted Mickey Thompson and there was a "problem" with these tires and they offered a straight use trade for the price of a new set of the same tire. I felt like this was not the customer service they should have provided. It seems that this is standard operating procedure for tire warranties in the industry, but I think that they should offer the usage against a discounted tire or potentially a reduced cash back. That way your not forced into just buying a new set of tires from the same mfg.I don't think they represented me as the customer to the tire mfg at all
