I had a Very Helpful Experience with this company! Meredith helped me set up my appointment and informed me about Missouri Ignition Interlock, I've had a different company in the past. Meredith helped inform me why this was a better choice and I felt comfortable here. Richard was my actual installer! super chill and cool guy! He explained how to use efficiently and helped guide me thru the whole process and future events. He taught me and showed me the ropes. He is willing to help in future events and I feel confident in this team while I use this IID for my driving Privilege thanks guys! They are a great team and should be recognized. This company is extremely hard to get in contact with. their local shops do not have phones so they cannot take calls. The customer service line ALWAYS has a 10 min. plus wait time.UPDATE:I was contacted because of this posting and I do want to clarify that I was unable to be helped through the COLUMBIA MO location and all "customer service" lines, HOWEVER. this location did everything they could get get my issue resolved and it was resolved.

I sincerely appreciate Richard and his ability to put me at ease. The online course I completed, while installation was in progress, answered all my questions, and provided me the comfort and confidence I needed to feel secure in legally returning to the road.

I chose the Fulton/Columbia location. The installation process was very easy and quicker than I expected. The technician was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

Meredith was very helpful. It was my first time ever having to go through this and she talked me through the whole process. Even explained what I need here in Missouri and had information for me that I wasn't aware of. Would highly recommend this company solely from my interaction with Meredith.

The technicians at O'Fallon Missouri ignition interlock are helpful and very skilled. I got in early and they finished my car very quickly. You can tell they know their stuff, because that is all they do. I would recommend them for sure.

Absolute wonderful company compared to some others out there. Make MII your first and only choice if you want an informative, positive, fast and friendly experience from setup to installation. I can't speak of how things go from there, but if its anything like how its started im willing to say it will be carefree all the way to device removal. Special thanks to Danny with setup and Richard with installation.

This is a confusing difficult process even with doing the leg work to vette other providers. Dan and Donna were both knowledgeable and helpful. Working through the details took a minute but we were able to sort everything out. I m optimistic that our 6 month relationship will go well, fingers crossed.

Always prompt service, very brief wait (if any). Flexible appointment times available, with text message reminders. Staff are so courteous and knowledgeable about equipment. They have answered any and all questions I've had about both equipment and possible pitfalls and risks of the MO DUI program. MO Ignition Interlock is certainly the best support I need to satisfy this penalty and earn my driver's license back.

Very nice and efficient staff. Donna was great at setting up the appointment and times. The technicians were awesome and friendly they got in and out in just an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend them for remote start installation jobs.

While I wish I could say I've never had to do business with them, I can't really complain about the experience I've had with them over the past 6 months. The techs are friendly and quick and the scheduling/rescheduling process is super easy. Bonus points for the tech who fixed the busted power window(s) on my car during install, that's definitely above and beyond.
