Took the polished front wheels off of my F350 dually to them to change the tires. They Ruined both wheels and when I questioned them they blatantly lied and said the came in that way Mt truck only had 28xxx miles on it and the wheels were spotless but now they need expensive refinishing. Don t trust them with your vehicles!! If they lie about scratches on a wheel what other more important things they messed up would they lie about!!!Service: Tires

Avoid the mobile auto shop; they charged $77 for a test drive without fixing anything, insisting on a part change I didn't approve.

They have very rude and unprofessional people at the reception. When my tire was flat due to puncture at the border of the tread and side wall, I called and got confirmation that they will at least check whether it s repairable for cost between $19 to 50. When I went to the shop, the person at reception rudely refused to even check that. Guys, we are not asking you to check free of cost. If you commit over the call, then you should attempt it or never give false promises over the calls.I went to Costco tire and they fixed it in just $10 within 30 mins. I will never ever visit this place and always advise my friends to stay away from this shop.

I strongly recommend don't go to this Mobill services. They don't listen what you say they so just drop the car we will let you know if there is any problem. And I got charged for $ 1000 for battery change and oil. They charged me a huge amount for battery. They won't do it better and they charge you high price I don't wanna give a 1 star too.

They used to be more competitive in price. $134 to check codes when the auto parts store down the street does it for free is a bit much. And when you Have to leave your car there for a couple of days just to get that done it leaves a bad taste in your mouth to be charged that much.

Broke down in Stl while traveling and was at a loss of what to do because so many places are understaffed and quoted 3+ days to even diagnose the problem. One suggested I try Dorsett Mobil and they saved my week!! Not only did they diagnose that day they fixed it and got me back on the road in less than 5 hours!! They really should be commended for the work they do!! Tyvm

Had an issue with my vehicle after dropping my daughter at the airport on a Sunday. Called in and the crew fixed the problem with reasonable price. Very professional and I will gladly recommended their business to others. The service was great and very honest..I ve never heard of them before but I was glad I found them near St. Louis Airport through Google Maps. Semper Fi!Thank you!

This skim head is everything you can imagine in a racist skinhead Trump supporter! I came in to get a simple emissions test with no codes on my vehicle no check engine light on the dash oh, and I was told when they started up the check engine light came on I failed my inspection. But then they cleared it for no apparent reason which makes no sense. They are racist they are the worst place you can go for a black person or person of color to get any kind of service and be treated honestly on the way. He manipulated be inspection system and needs to be reported on a professional basis. I live in Maryland Heights love where I live I am in America but I was treated totally unamerican at his establishment. If you are black do not go establishmentService: Auto emissions testing

Our family have trusted having our cars repaired here for many years. I can say without any reservation that you will get good advice, good and reasonably priced service on your vehicle. We get our oil changed here, as well as them replacing our tires. Their prices are competitive with Dobbs and others. They also have a discount for St John Bosco parishioners.

Would give them a zero if I could. They made me drive for 30 minutes for a service they said they could do quickly after I called and confirmed this with them. When I arrived, they said they can t do that service and pretended they never told me what they had said. Unprofessional and rude staff.

I have given my car Toyota Camry for oil change so while i dropped my car their is warning light maintainence required after pickup my car their another engine light is onn these guys will do mistake and if we ask them previous the light is off they will say i don,t know in a mean while they will say price to check that problem .My rating is 0

Came in at 9 am with a bad coolant leak. There were two guys and one car in the stall. I asked if they could get to me yosay and they said possibly. They wanted me to leave the car but I explained that I couldn't drop my car off because I just moved here from KS and only have one vehicle. I asked if they would call me when ready to work on it but they wouldn't.

Stopped in on a Sunday hoping someone would be able to get to me as I was driving around on a donut and needed my tire repaired ASAP. They fit me in right then and there. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Alex!

A big hello to Bill, and the Purtle brothers and all the service employees. The parking lot is normally very full as word of mouth about their vehicle service is all the advertising they need and I have recommended this service center for years.
