The customer service that I received at the 12626 Dorsett road location was above excellent! The manager Clint took his time to understand my concerns and find suitable solutions to my needs. I felt comfortable and much more knowledgeable about selecting the appropriate tire. The atmosphere was very clean and the way Clint interacted with his staff was very professional!

I recently had my car serviced at Dobbs, hoping to address some persistent issues. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite paying a substantial $2200 for their services, the problems with my car persist.The initial repairs seemed effective for a brief period, but the issues resurfaced shortly after. I returned to Dobbs multiple times, and each visit has been met with uncertainty and incomplete resolutions. The lack of consistency in addressing the problem has left me frustrated.I've communicated my concerns to the Dobbs team, but the resolution has been elusive. It's disheartening to have spent a significant amount without witnessing a lasting improvement in my car's performance.As a customer, I expected a more thorough diagnosis and a reliable solution for the amount paid. The recurring problems and the apparent disconnect between service and results have left me dissatisfied with my experience at Dobbs.I hope my feedback encourages Dobbs to revisit their services and provide more comprehensive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.If you need proofs I am ready to submit.

They always take good care of us. This is the dobbs we live closest to. We ve been here several times for several different things going wrong with my car & needing repairs. The most recent work they did, they fixed 3 major things & did an oil change & had it back to me by the time I had to go get my kiddos from daycare. Great customer service from the guys working in there today. Thanks for taking care of our family car!

Went to get a piece for my car fixed. I told them what was wrong. They agreed and said that it would be $600+ to fix it. Well when I said no thanks they then charged me $82 to have them look at it even tho I told them what was wrong. Ended up just paying it because the staff was being rude and condescending. Very very poor service. And ridiculous prices. Got quotes around for hundreds less. They will rip you off!!! and if you re a female ya good luck they tried charging me way extra for tire install in the past.

Great customer service. The salesman CJE was very helpful in explaining what needs to be done and why. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for more service work in the future!

Great service. As I was leaving, Clint even got my radio code for my Honda and got it to work and not error out and scraped a giant sticker off my window that had been goo gone resistant. I will definitely go back.

Dobbs is my trusted go-to when I need anything done with my car. When I ran into some issues earlier this week, I had to leave it on the side of the road. I wasn t comfortable with that but couldn t sit there for 2.5 hours waiting for the tow truck. They called me when my car had been delivered to give some peace of mind. I was very much appreciative.

It's advisable to avoid Dobbs due to my unfortunate experience, as they seem more focused on financial gains than resolving issues. Their approach appears to create new problems rather than providing effective solutions, suggesting that their primary goal is to extract money from customers.They don t know how to treat customers. One person name TONY he is not lesson customer voice they behavior like very rude.

I had my car towed to Dobbs on Wednesday afternoon. I hit a curb, so my tire was punctured. I know I previously got tires from Dobbs before and had a warranty, but I was having anxiety from the rough day I was having. I wasn't explaining the details accurately. The technician was so kind and came out with me to look at tire and to assist me. I am so grateful for him because he looked me up in the system and was able to see that my tire was from there and under warranty. He really made my day and helped me to realize why I only get my tires from Dobbs.

My son was in need of an inspection for his car last minute before heading out of state. Dobbs got his car in quickly and Cody was so kind as to work him into the schedule for the day even though they were booked solid. Thanks for all you guys do to provide fantastic customer service!

Had one tire blow out in my driveway on a Saturday and had to be at work on Sunday. The thrill began. I m calling around places to see who can fix my tire on a short notice. Luckily or unluckily Dobbs was able to get me in same day and fix my problem. My saviors have arrived!Get my car towed up there and only needed the one tire. The store manager AJ seems like a decent guy, he wasn t the one who sold me the four tires but also didn t help fix the matter later on and we will come back to that.Anyways guy who selling me on the tires says oh if you buy four of them we throw in an alignment for free I didn t need four tires but I m like that s a great deal so sure I bite the bullet and say hey that s a great deal let s do it.Go to pick up my car around closing time, store rep tells me they weren t able to do the alignment cause they were closing soon, told me to bring it in later this week and they will do it for free, fantastic.Couple weeks go by and unfortunately I didn t have time to take it in that week and brought it in about two weeks later. Go up to the store manager Aj who s working at this time and let him know what s going on.I m then told they won t do the alignment that it was alignment check only( store rep did not say they were only checking it but confirmed with me in person they would do the alignment for free) and that I instead declined the alignment! I m at a lost for words, who in their right mind declines a free alignment???So instead of getting my free alignment, I m now told I declined it and if I wanted one it would be 200 dollars!!Boy ole boy you could sense my excitement rushing.If you go here make sure you record your conversations so you don t have to argue with them later on, or get it in writing.They did nothing to make this right and now makes me realize why Dobbs is the worst rated tire center on yelp and for good reasons.As other people have put they are very good at telling you one thing and doing something completely different.

Excellent work, performed quickly and professionally.Cherry on top - when I got out, there were a couple construction cones that would, at most, have meant an easy 3-point-turn. A Dobbs manager saw me and moved the cones.He didn't have to, would have been absolutely fine otherwise. But I really appreciated that level of customer service.

HORRIBLE place. I sent my car here to get the tires and brakes changed and they recked it. I have gotten no help from this place, in fact they are still charging me for their service WHILE my car is broken. I would not recommend ever coming here, the workers are carless and inconsiderate.

I typically go to a different Dobbs that is closer to my house, but came out and found metal stuck in my tire and my tire going flat. I went to the closest dad and was incredibly fortunate that they were able to get the tire in and get it fixed within a few hours. I expected it to take much longer since I didn t have an appointment and was pleasantly surprised. On top of all of that, the repair was free since I bought the tires from them so it totally made my day. Cody helped me out and was pleasant and professional; would definitely come back!

I went into Dobbs driving on a donut. I wasn t able to leave the car so Cody explained it will be a couple of hours. He said if they can repair the tire they will, if not, they ll replace. My tire was repaired in less than an hour. This was the first auto shop I ve patronized and felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Cody displayed professional customer service from beginning to end. Should I need services again, I will have this location in mind.

I was in a, tough spot. I had a tire blow. These guys got my tires done immediately I waited maybe an hour while they were overloaded. Amazing serviced

I wouldn't recommend Dobbs for anything other than tires. They will always try to sell you something you don't need. They have been telling me for over a year that I need new tires and they aren't down to the wear indicators yet. I gave them 2 stars because the tire service is good, and so is the customer service.

The diagnosed and fixed my car. They are slightly more expensive than some other repair shops in the area, but do really good work and give a full warranty for their services. (They charged $1300 for a repair I got quoted $1150 elsewhere). Not a bad place. If you are looking for the cheapest option, this isn t it. But I can still recommend them.

Two inspections in a row on two different vehicles were messed up, we had to go into the dmv to get it fixed. They claim it s the states problem but I can t find any other places have this issue. Thanks for giving me more work to do, maybe figure out why your system is having issues and fix it.

This was my go to place but it has lost my business. I attempted to buy tires and they did not have the ones I wanted. I found them elsewhere and purchased them. I then asked if they could install them since this was where I normally go for tires and I am a long time customer. They refused to install them for me. I went to discount tire and they did it no questions asked. I will be going to discount tire for all my tire and other service needs. Loyalty means nothing anymore.

Called ahead got in and out in time. AJ was pleasant (even funny) and fixed a couple of censors at my request the I had forgot to mention in my original appointment request. The store was clean and I had an overall, Great Experience! Thanks Dobbs!

We just walked in for tire alignment and was attended to within 15 minutes. Service was reasonably fast. However, waiting lounge does not have snackies, coffee or even water.
