We had a car go down two weekends ago in the Maryland Heights area and were not sure of a good place for repairs as we live in south city. After looking through reviews, we came across this Car-X and solid reviews. Fortunately, we shared the same quality experience we read in the reviews- friendly, transparent, informative, and understanding. They made us safe and a serve us quickly! Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and high quality service!!

Any issues between mine or my wifes vehicles have been taken care of promptly and professionally. Berry has always been straightforward and knowledgeable with any problem we had. He runs a great team.

My Driver side windshield wiper stopped working on a very snowy cold day to where I couldn t see out of my windshield. I ended up stopping at this car X to see what they could do for me Barry was there working at the front desk was able to get me back in right away to the bay and they were able to tighten up my wiper. They also let me know what the problem was and since I only get my car service through my dealership because it s a newer car, they said that they must ve accidentally taken that part out and caused my driver side windshield wiper to freeze. He explained everything to me to make sure I understood, but not treat me like I was stupid. He was awesome and they got me back on the road. I would recommend anyone who wantsgreat service to go to this location.

Barry is the BEST! The staff is amazing as well. They are honest, caring and thorough. I had all four tires replaced on my 2015 Toyota Rav4 and all the maintenance is done by these folks. Judy says Barry is the best ever!!! Thank you again to you and your staff!

This place is great! They value your time and always give you good advice to extend the life of your car and things you should probably get fixed without without pushing you to do. Highly recommend

Barry and his crew did phenomenal work getting my car back on the road. I gave them one problem, and they were able to dig deeper to find other problems so that I wouldn't keep coming back and spending more money. They worked with me on the final cost, and now I feel seriously better knowing that my car is drivable once more.Absolutely will be back for a follow-up and more in the future. Shout-out to the crew and Barry for all the work they put in. Keep it up!!

These guys are the best. They are honest and won't try to upcharge you or "find" problems for you to spend money on. My car has an issue that Dobbs and Meineke collectively couldn't diagnose, and Car X had it diagnosed and fixed within a few hours.

Mr. B always is honest and does excellent service! I have been taking my code-red Nissan coupe to him but sadly had to sell it b/c I didn t have the extra funds to make it rain as my motor blew up! He did a thorough job and didn t make me feel like I was just another hassle. Highly recommend Mr. B at Maryland Heights CarX! -LPR

I always visit this Dorsett location. Barry (MGR) is always friendly to each Car X customer. He is real knowledgeable and he never tries to sell you things u don t need. The service is always fast and right. And if it s not. They ll make it right. It s plenty of car repair places in the Maryland Heights area. But this location stands out the most with the service they provide.Service: Oil change

I suggest this place especially if you re a woman. Manager there is very helpful and honest. I was nine months pregnant and really needed air in my tires and filled them up for no cost

I was looking for a new car repair place and I looked at the reviews for CarX Maryland Heights and seen all of the great reviews for Barry and I went for an oil change and Barry, Kevin and Mike really took care of me and my family in a very desperate need for an oil change I would recommend five stars I would give 10 if I could Great place.

This shop is great. They are accommodating and evaluate my vehicle in a relatively timely manner. They provide fair recommendations for services and they take the time to explain what services/parts are required and why. Barry is awesome.

This store is outstanding in my experience with other Car X locations and others of the same kind of services. Barry took the time to explain what my options were for front end work. He gave me range of cost and followed up with doing what he said they would do. The van rides and handles so much better. His staff are excelled and that shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will.

i ve been coming to this car x location for about a year now, and the customer service here is just spectacular. the technicians know what they re doing and do it very well. I have been to this location multiple locations for both routine inspections and oil changes as well as some more involved repairs. On all occasions I have worked with Barry and he is friendly and clearly communicates what needs to be done. I have found the work to be done well and the pricing to be fair and as expected.Even when I had a minor but possibly unrelated issue pop up after the most recent repair they took the car in promptly and handled it for me without additional charge.
