They seemed like nice people but they returned the car with a damaged windshield with flecs of paint or primer or body cement all over it. I thought at first it was just dust or dirt but it is not. It is primer, glue or paint specs. They also did not align replaced parts properly. See the rear window gap and they did not replace the parts in the spare tire well which they must have removed. I am so bummed as they had it long enough to do it correctly the first time and the should have covered the windshield properly. I am so sad and frustrated.

Was hesitating to take my truck to Caliber since I had not been there in the past. I did go to get an estimate as requested by Travelers Insurance and the moment I walked in the door I was happy. Katrina sitting at the front desk area was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. The gentleman who did the estimate explained in detail how he would get the truck back to original appearance and why the labor hours were more than I expected. The entire office team spoke and shared jokes with me during each visit.The day I dropped off the truck, Enterprise Rental was there with my rental and I was able to go to work with very little interruption to my day. Once I dropped off the truck, Jay started to communicate with my via text and phone calls, keeping me updated the entire time. The day of pickup Jay contacted me, we setup a pickup time and did a walk-around once I go there. Jay wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service and I truly was. I want to also say Dan and Dan with Enterprise Rental did an outstanding job working with me, Caliber Collision and Travelers. They all came together and made this painless but memorable.Thank you Caliber Collision for the great service. Had to take my car there because someone had done a hit and run. They did an amazing job.My car was supposed to be ready on a August 23 Wednesday but unfortunately they had a problem with one of the parts and had to order a new one which is we done by Friday August 25 around noon.I have attached before and after photos.I would recommend to anyone that needs repairs done. They are truly amazing there.

Customer service was amazing! They did communicate very well with updates.Vehicle not running properly.still spells like it s running hot, and has a rattling noise when you press on the gas which I didn t have prior .

Caliber did an exceptional job repairing my car, they are knowledgeable, have good communication skills, and warm atmosphere while helping customers. I had my car a couple of days earlier than expected which was great while paying having a rental that had full coverage. I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who has to have their car repaired

All around customer service was excellent!! I was updated via text about the progress of my vehicle and it was ready on the exact date that I was told it would be ready on. Car looks amazing and I would definitely recommend my family and friends!

I was referred to them. My experience has been horrible since drop off. They do not communicate with you what is going on with your vehicle. At initial estimate I was told my work would take 5-6 days. After I dropped off my vehicle that time frame change to 21 days( 1/21). Instantly I'm upset, but I say okay. So I call 3 days before it's due for pick-up to make sure everything is still on track. I was told yes, your vehicle would be ready for pick-up. The day of pick-up I call to see what time I should be there. Just to be told they are still missing parts it hasn't been put together or painted. So they ask for another 5 days (1/26). Come Jan 26th, I call and the pieces they ordered are not the right pieces. At this point I'm speaking with the manager, he says 2/1 I should be completed and ready for pick-up. I get a call today to come pick-up.....Just For him to call back within 30 mins and say the exhaust hasn't been put on, it won't be today. At this point I'm livid. Only use them as a last resort. They only do insurance repairs. Wont take normal people. Prolly cause they can over charge for insurance work. I need very little work done and they wont even look at it. Less work than deductible.

Dropped my car off here for front end collision repairs as Caliber was approved by my insurance carrier. The vehicle was transported to their Hazelwood location where repairs were made; however they were unable to complete the front camera calibrations. My vehicle had to be towed to Subaru for completion; 2020 Outback with Eyesight. If you drive a Subaru I recommend looking elsewhere for repairs.

They repaired my damaged rear bumpers on my 2015 Ford Edge from being hit by another vehicle. The repair was excellent, the paint match was awesome. The customer service by everyone keeping me updated on the repair was way above my expetition. I would certainly go back there for any collision repairs. Plus they have a written warranty on all their work.

The staff at Caliber was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the process while they were repairing my minivan. They originally estimated the repairs to take 2-3 weeks. They completed the work in 10 days, and the car was returned completely cleaned. Everyone I spoke to was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction.Ready sooner than promised. The body repair looks great. My service with Caliber was outstanding! My car was in an accident, and called several other shops to get repaired but no one could fit me in. I called Caliber, and they got me in a few days later. I loved the daily text updating you of your vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a follow-up to a "less than glowing" review I left regarding my recent experience with Caliber Collison of Maryland Heights. They apparently contacted my insurance carrier and informed them that they are refusing to repair our second vehicle, scheduled to begin repairs in 7 days.Shame on you Calliber. Retaliating against a consumer that leaves a bad review says far more about your organizations values, than the damage any poor review could ever do.Service: Body & Trim

I had the pleasure of utilizing and experiencing 1st hand the courteous, professional and most friendly auto repair facility and staff. Everyone from the front door through the body shop and end stage of releasing my vehicle was very excellent. As an insurance professional I refer or recommend repair shops. When our business guarantees their work for a lifetime it s hard to know how the customer will end up once the claim is settled. I now have 1st hand knowledge with the repairs to my own vehicle how great the process over delivered and exceeded my expectations for handling my luxury / high end vehicle. Many said take your car to a dealer and I said I could ve refer customers to a place where I couldn t take my own car. So glad I used Caliber Collision in Westport Plaza. Needed help with some minor fixes while on travel. Derek, Katrina, and the team were wonderful and got my car done ahead of schedule. They fit me in the same day and couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Service was efficient and professional and they made integration with my insurance seamless. Overall a very positive experience - would definitely use again.

Very speedy and professional service. I had rear door damage and they were able to fix it to perfection. It doesn't look like it was ever damaged. They even took the time to detail my car, made it look brand new! If your someone with not trusting a car repair facility, PLEASE read this review.I had left my custody paperwork in my vehicle that Caliber Collision had been working on. Jay, the best human ever, brought me my belongings, AFTER his shift and helped restore I bit of humanity for me. This experience with Jay speaks VOLUMES to the integrity and dedication to him and to Caliber Collision.I will NEVER take my business anywhere else.
