They did a great job on our truck. Brought it in for an exhaust leak. They replaced the parts, the welds look great. Fair prices, quick repair. No complaints

We have been in the export industry for 25 years. Having owned fleets of medium to heavy duty straight trucks I ve experienced many repair shops. Bills Truck Repair is in an elite level class of its own. Communication, honesty, integrity, speed of work completed and pricing is the best I ve ever seen. Tom and the crew treat you like family and honor their work. If you have any truck repair needs these guys are the first you should call. Great place just a long waiting list to get your truck fixed, very reasonable hourly rate and from what I have heard that they are excellent mechanics.

Great place and great people for truck repair. I take all my companies trucks (box and dump trucks) here for routine maintenance and emergency fixes. Also keeping me informed on status and gets us in and out as quickly as possible.

I was very impressed with this company. My box truck need some work & wouldn t run & they got me back on the road in a reasonable time. They laid everything out that needed to be done and charged me a fair rate they actually saved me money by giving me options as to what can be done to fix. Also when I got the truck back I realized small cosmetic repairs had been made without me asking, but needed to be done. Out of the 3 years I ve been an owner/opp this was the first time I ve actually been fully satisfied with service, time, & price all together. Excellent job. They even put a sticker in the window with date & miles to come back for service & pm. I WILL BE BACK SIRS.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

Bills s is the best. My truck broke down on Thursday and i was back on the road Monday morning, and it was not a simple fix. From my personal f350 to my company s fleet of 10 trucks, over 20 years, I ve always brought my trucks to Bills Truck Repair. I ve never left their shop or opened an invoice and felt like I didn t get what I paid for. Honest guys, great work done in a timely manner. If you aren t happy w your current shop, take your truck to Bill s, and start getting what you pay for!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Called Monday and asked about availability. Was informed by Curt, the shop foreman, that they wouldn t be able to get to it until Wednesday. I said that was fine and had the truck towed to their shop. The truck sat til Wednesday and when I pulled on their lot Wednesday afternoon the truck was still on the lot. I asked again when they would be able to get to the truck and they were then saying sometime next week. All of sudden they were at capacity but just a few days ago, Wednesday was the latest. Very rude staff and inconsiderate when prioritizing truck repairs. Didn t have the professionalism to call and update schedule resulting in lost hours of work.

They're really busy, but they let you know that in advance. Other places take your truck and just let it sit for days. They won't take it if they're not about to work on it pretty soon. I really appreciate that. And they manage to work in really soon as well. Stay away from Rush Truck in St. Peters, do whatever you can to get in with Bill's. Bill puts a rush on it, and Rush gives you a large bill. How ironic.

Great place, quality and honest work. Bit of a wait to get serviced sometimes, but when you have a reliable service, you have a lot of repeat customers that won t trust most others.

Bill s has helped me out with my Isuzu NPR numerous times- I keep coming back because they do excellent work and they do it fast. I blew a power steering hose recently and they had me back on the road in two hours. They can t always do that, I m sure, but the fact that they put in the effort really says something. They are professional, they care about good service, and they re a family owned business which is a big plus for me. I cannot recommend Bill's Truck Repair enough!! Someone backed up and hit my car and dinged it, cracking the paint and denting both the door and front corner panel. I called Bill's and they were extremely friendly and helpful about the repair and cost. As a person who does not know much about cars, I not once felt that I was being taken advantage of. In addition, this is a local, family-owned business, not a big box company just looking to take your money. My car was in and out promptly and the repairs look brand new!!!! They evene followed up to make sure I was happy with the service! I will FOREVER be a loyal customer of Bill's and will vouche for their services.THANK YOU Bill's Truck Repair!Service: Body & Trim

Good service, reasonable prices. My last company truck that they repaired it took one day to get it in and estimated, one day to fix. That is very quick for commercial truck repairs.
