Great experience with Al's Automotive. Kind of a Hidden Gem tucked back in the Westport industrial area. I needed a power steering pump, was in a real Jam because any of the local shops were telling me it'd be a week or two before they could look at the car. Decided to take this job on myself, came to Al's and got outstanding service! Really can't say enough positive about my experience, there was a gentleman named Jason who helped me, he was very cool and very professional. If you need Auto Parts check this place out. By the way, this is where a lot of the local shops get their parts :-)

Prompt service, fair prices, quality parts. Courteous counter persons at the Maryland Heights, Mo. location. Over the last 4+ decades working as a mechanic I've worked for shops who obtained a lot of the necessary replacement parts from Al's. There's a very good reason for this.Al's drivers were always professional, very pleasant & willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I've been a self employed auto mechanic for over a decade now. I'd say Al's gets about 65-70% of my needed parts business. Trust these folks !!

Terrible management. Terrible service. I have dealt with Al s for years through several different companies. Unfortunately I won t be any longer. They make it very clear they don t care about your business with their piss poor service and favoritism.

One of the last parts stores with real auto parts professionals. Delivery is slow, but overall the last best hope for shop mechanics.

I always have trouble finding parts in the auto parts store near me but Al's always has the part I need and usually with multiple choices of said parts.
