We called on the first coldest day of 2024, after speaking with two other stores that we re extremely rude, the associate that answered the phone (Crystal) was amazing, answered all of my questions with ease. Chris assisted us with making sure we had everything we needed to swap out the battery since it was too cold to assist. My husband and I will definitely return!

Every single experience at this store has been a positive one for the two of us. We started using them when we moved into the neighborhood 2 years ago and don t like going anywhere else now. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff across the board, and consistent regardless of who is working that shift. Thanks for welcoming us to the neighborhood so warmly!

Absolutely applaud and love the workers here. Im upset I didnt grab the mans name redish tinted hair, he went ABOVE and beyond for me I cant even describe how happy he made me for fixing my fuse problem. Great team would love to see the team around for many years to come great customer service!

Great store! Amazing team! They went out of their way to get our order to us before dark. Helped us out so much and were so friendly! The store manager Jenny is amazing! She's so nice and went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed!

Staff was great and super helpful. Robert really helped me out with checking and recharging my AC. Jenny was very nice as well. This has been my go to place for my car for over 20 years. It s a great store!

courteous staff, quick service staff members easily help test your battery or starter..The battery we needed they had in stock and installed it after they were done with the customer before us.All together only about 25 minutes...Amazing ...

Went in to pick up my on line order. Was notified within 20 minutes that my order was ready for pick up. Very fast service. The young lady on entering welcomed me. She asked me how may I help you, I told her I had a pick up order. She said ok what's the name on the order? I told her she left came back with my order, 1,2,3 I'm done and on my way out the door. Great customer service!

This specific building is my #1 place to get auto parts. Not only is it convenient to go to. Had my car die there one time and got it fixed up and ready to go pretty quickly. The staff is always nice, attentive, and know what they're talking about. They're very forward with what's happening and not there to make you buy the most expensive product but best product for me specifically with my vehicle and price range.

Advanced auto parts on dorsett road was great, I needed a new battery, the guys hooked me up with a new diehard, and gave me a 20% discount for donating 7 can goods to a local food bank. Thanks guys great work, would recommend this place to anyone.

My battery died so we brought it up to be tested. The battery was too low on voltage to test and the employee offered to charge it for a few hours and test it later. We returned later and he tested the battery. It was still reading a bit low, but instead of trying to sell us a battery we might not need, he recommended talking to the dealership since the car was under 2 years old. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate the great customer service!

Placed an order online for stuff for an oil change, and because I was waiting to get Covid testing, I called ahead and asked if they would recycle my oil contactlessly. Talk to Robert and got it all arranged. Was able to pick up my order and drop off my oil without any hassle. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

Amazing Customer Service is inadequate for them! I am in FL, my daughter was on the way to them, and her car broke down on the way. I felt helpless! He knew where she was by hearing my conversation with her, and went to make sure that she was safe. Ran diagnostics and offered suggestions. Thank You DAN! You are wonderful!

FULL DISCLOSURE - I work here so I'm biased, but I do hear from customers FREQUENTLY that we do customer service better than anywhere else, including other Advance stores!We appreciate our customers and the trust they place in us, and we'll go the extra mile at every opportunity to earn your auto parts business!

I had a dead battery and the people here were super helpful. They even called around to other stores for me to see if they could get me a better deal since my battery was pretty expensive. Overall it was great customer service and I would recommend visiting them if you ever have the need.

They do have a pretty good selection of parts and auto needs in store. If they do not have the part you need, they will order one. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I do find the motor oil priced higher than a box store you can get it at.

The associate, Tyler P., helped me with battery issues and fixed my problem. He was knowledgeable about what he was working on and was very personable. I will definitely be coming to this store for any auto parts or issues with great employees like Tyler.

I needed a new battery, and they do provide free battery installation. However, this does not properly cover my experience. The installation WAS free, but Steve went way beyond the minimum requirement. He personalized his service to my needs, and worked hard to be sure his installation was complete, correct, and reliably executed. I cannot say enough about his friendly nature, his attention to detail and concern for my vehicle.

My check engine light turned on, and Advanced Auto Parts ran the diagnostics for free. It wasn't anything serious, but they were able to clear the "check engine light" and gave me some recommendations. Didn't cost a thing.I've come to expect this from this store. I've been in there several times, and they are always helpful, responsive, and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

Needed a replacement brake light, walked in and was immediately greeted, gave car info found part, paid and out. Overall great experience. Parking lot and store clean.

Staff is always helpful and quick. I love the order online and pick up in store options as well. Also while in store they offer a millitary discount and have a rewards program.
