My truck ran really rough Before I got a fass now after I did the fass system runs really good really like this systems Will Definitely Do more business with them in the future

I realize there are a lot of folks with good stories, but not me. Had a shop install a fass kit, then the truck wouldn t run right. Pump was faulty out of the box. After two weeks of arguing about if that qualifies for a warranty replacement the shop just bought another to install to get me on the road.

Bought a fass 165 C11 165G 5 years ago registered for warranty as they said. Pump motor is bad. Tech support is super hard to deal with. Guy was very rude. Did not want to warranty the pump. Not worth the money buy air dog customer service and warranty is so much better.

I m completely disappointed in this product. Every time I change the filter air gets sucked into my fuel system. I called four times today and each time I selected the callback option. Not once did I get a returned phone call. I ve been stranded on the side of the road for eight hours now With no help from fass.Buyers beware

Great customer service! Very helpful very fast shipping! Awesome product! Before I found out about FASS fuel systems which solved my problems instantly, I replaced a lift pump about every two years. Now I have the new system installed with a lifetime warranty and I'm confident that I will never have to use the warranty!

Pump did not last three years because of an o-ring seal. They do not offer a simple seal kit and want $415 plus shipping for replacement assembly or send it in for a "rebuild". How can you rate customer service when there was none?

I needed help with information on how to register the warranty on a lift pump and technical questions about the pump. Every person I talk to were very helpful and spent time in answering my questions. I would like to give a special thanks to Sharon for helping with the warranty. Thank you all!

I would like to provide better, however their efforts to assist are only based on income. Yes, of course any business would do so however these people were told about failures and claim it is impossible. WRONG....the FASS product fails yet they refuse to believe it. I had a titanium unit S# 17020....it failed 2 x (the spring and ball unit were defective in regulating psi) leading to replacement of a CP3 and thousands of dollars in repair costs at one occasion and an additional stranded scenario costing thousands again. NEVER USE A FASS

Rude customer service. Hard to order what you need when you only say "find a dealer" and won't tell a person where the closet dealer is. Will take our business else where.

Great customer service. Previous owner of my truck had a unit installed probably like ten years ago or so, and the tech support guys are always willing to help if I have a problem.

Customer support rep Josh is awesome! He is very patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a FASS system over competitors. Easy install, operates great, TS series is much quieter than most pumps.

Bought a TS-D07-165G from a local dealer. Upon opening the box, I was VERY intimidated(cutting your fuel line is an uneasy feeling). However, FASS made a very great tutorial on Youtube. In the middle of installation, I got a little wild with the Dremel and put a gouge in the sending unit where the gasket sits. I called the tech support line and spoke to Jarriel, who took a lot of time to look at pictures of my mistake and help me find a solution without spending $500 on a new sending unit. He also gave me a few pointers for the upcoming steps. Jarriel even reached out the next day to make sure I finished the install without any problems. Very happy with their Customer Support, I would recommend this over the competition any day!

As a diesel performance shop we work with many manufacturers around the country. I can't say enough about the team of experts at FASS Fuel Systems! They have given us an amazing product that is backed by possibly the best customer service in the industry. We have very few issues with the FASS Product line, but on the rare occasion that we do have a pump quit working, they have always been eager to make the situation a pleasant experience.We sell and install an average of 25 units a month here at Lead Foot Diesel Performance. In the 7 years we have been an LLC we have only had to warranty 5 FASS Fuel pumps and the warranty was handled quickly and professionally.Keep up the good work team Fass! We appreciate all that you have brought to this industry.

This company is trying to blindfold there clients. I purchased a pump from a known dealer in my area. The dealer knows the truck I put it on and the application. Pump ran okay the first year then the seal went bad. Contacted fass and because I didn't send in a warranty form they informed me warranty was void. But yet I purchased it from a dealer of theirs. They also tried telling me that the seal was not serviceable. That's a straight out lie to their customer. You can get the seal at your local Napa and press it in your self with a hammer and socket. This year my pump failed again. This time the bearing went bad, took out the seal and ruined the armature in the motor. Contacted Fassride and they refuse to sell just the motor for there product. They told me I can by a new motor and pump for 375.00, with a 4 year warranty or pay 700.00 plus and get a whole system and receive a lifetime warranty. But, wait I already have a titanium pump purchased in 2014. Why would a give fass another 700.00 plus dollars to deal with terrible customer service. Needless to say Fassride and there products are not worth the money. AIRDOG here I come!!!!

Customer service is a joke. They sold a bad part and of course it s easy to blame the end user. Bought a filter delete bowl for an LB7 that leaks like a waterfall. It bottoms out before the seal can even make contact. I will look elsewhere for my diesel parts.

I had to call in to speak with someone about an issue I was having from a previous owner installing the system incorrectly. Quick phone call and I was able to fix my issue. I was very pleased with the custom service!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worlds worst customer service, and diesel products. I will never use nor recommend fass fuel products. Their quality of products is comparable to that of Dollar General.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Sent my 2 month old leaking pump back twice at my expense & still never got it fixed. Made in the USA used to mean quality but this place is the exception.

Bad customer service. Don't speak to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. Even if I didn't know what I was talking about, which I do, you shouldn't treat customers like that. I'll do business elsewhere in the future.
