Rude cashier the night of 11-23. I asked for a pack of cigarettes, she brought over 2, I politely said only one, so she throws the other pack. I finished my purchase, I said "thank you, have a good night." Her reply was "uh, huh."

The tall maintenance girl and cashier usually at or on night shifts is polite but very unprofessional and inappropriate. She seemed to be under the influence whenever I had her assistance. She shouldn't ask customers to exchange phone numbers and want to meet up in the parking lot while she's changing trash bags around the premises hopping in and out of cabs of multiple trucks. Not only is that very dangerous for a young lady like herself but very irresponsible for management putting a attractive and naive lady doing such a job at them hours of the night. Her name is Keriann I believe that's the name she put in my phone with her number of course.

Clean restrooms. They even have complied with the ADA on having a changing station in the men's restroom. What puts this Pilot station on top is there use of ekcos in the urinals. These were fresh and kept the whole bathroom smelling decent despite the heavy traffic.

My customer service experience has always been excellent. The staff are friendly, kind and courteous. Tammy, cashier made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer when I had checked out with fuel and coffee over this Labor Day Weekend. Thank you for your hard work and service!

I wouldn't stop here again unless it was just for fuel. Their heater lamp food wasn't so freash. The rest room was nasty, and trash was full. The cashier wasn't the most friendly but wasn't rude, and I had to wait at the checkout for almost five minutes. Subway was closed so they could go on break.

So I roll in park then I reserve my shower. SHOWER 5 is ready and the code. I get to the door #5 , enter the code twice no access. I asked the shower attendant for assistance. He looks at the number on the door he entered the code off of the app three times , then he tells me sometimes you have to enter it more than once. IT DOES NOT OPEN, he knew that it wasn t going to open. I ll tell yo why , because when I called Pilots Professional Driver Service. The Representative called the store and the guy that was cashier answered he told the Pilot Representative. Number five shower hasn t been cleaned and is still unavailable. OK ! Who initially entered in to the system that it was ready. The two guys were the only ones working this morning the ladies weren t here yet. I m know the pilots corporation doesn t allow Games to be played with their customers. Most places would fire both of those guys.

Clean bathrooms but not the safest area. There was a fight between between 5 people that broke out suddenly.

Easy access off interstate. Easy parking. Semi traiker parking. A Subways restaurant in the truck stop. They also have a roller grill, soda fountain, coffee, and fresh fruit. Showers available. Clean restrooms.

The subway, that part of the store, too very terrible workers do not have no customer service or don t know how to speak to people and their names are Bonnie and Tasha very horrible experience with them two women.

I visited this location as a truck driver the staff here were too lazy to clean out the showers for truckers and they stated the showers are down until their shift is over I think this is very unprofessional they also stated no manager was on duty at this time

Stores small and dirty they have a subway inside but it doesn t open until 9am and they close at 6 So if you re stopping here before or after that bring something or be ready to eat chips.

My husband filled up our car and saw our receipt was for $10 more than it should have been. He went in and asked the manager about it. Apparently the gas pump hose hit the most expensive gas option rather than the cheapest, which is what my husband originally selected. The manager told him there was nothing he could do and that it is a common problem. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.

The Subway sandwich place attached to hear is awesome, night staff was friendly, but the women in the morning working the Pilot register looked so angry, had an attitude, and made me feel like she should of stayed home. But other than that it s a great place to stop if you re a truck driver, not the biggest but clean and decent. I m still going to get five stars just because The people at Subway next-door were so friendly and awesome.

Waited in one of two open lines because the pump said you had to pay inside. Cashier finishes with the guy in front of me and just walks off. Other cashier takes two other people who weren't in line before the first cashier tells me the lane is closed and to move into the other line. As soon as I moved she reopened that lane and helped someone else. Ridiculous. Train your terrible staff

The cashier named rita , she is very rude . I think she dn t like her job. Yelling at every customer..but the manager was very helpful and kind.

This location is experiencing staff storages so may not always have showers available at night. The Subway is usually back to 24 hours, but if you pay to park and someone is parked there when you arrive, they will not make them move, instead they will reimburse you for the spot and you'll be out of luck. Plan accordingly.

I love my pilot gas stations. This one was different because of the gaspumps. There was no over hang ( covering) over pumps. Good thing it wasn't raining while I was getting gas. Other than that, the clerks were very nice and ready for work. Store was presentable.

Well I must ve came on a bad day because I agree with the fellow that said staff look like they hated their job, because they look like they hated their job it was dirty, no smiling employees, and the outside was even dirty itself. We travel a lot see a lot of pilots and I have to say this is not one on the top of my good list. Maybe they can remedy that have a wonderful day!

coffee bar dirty and out of coffee in the traditional pots with no customers in the store this is just laziness. No drink cups for the fountain and no ice even though the soda dispenser works... Lady that works there walks by and doesn t pay attention to anything. She s too busy talking to her coworker. Just lazy and doesn t care.

Probably the dirtiest Pilot truck stop I have been to in a long time. Went into the men's restroom near the trucker showers and gag from the smell. Two employees were arguing loudly how about work that needed to be done and hasn't been completed yet. Definitely not one of the places I like stopping at.

I stopped to take a shower, they just told me they don't have hot water. but the bathrooms do have. They do it so they don't have to clean the showers at night.

Parking filled fast at 7:30pm restaurant was terrible. All but 5 tables were dirty. 10 people in the whole place and waitress named Jessica was having a break down instead of waiting on or cleaning tables she was complaining to the cook. After waiting 45mins to get waited on cook finally came took our order and get our drinks. Needless to say when we left she cashed us out but we handed the cook his tip. Hope next time we visit she's gone

This Flying J is one of the nicest of all the locations!. Good Food and Friendly staff for customers service!. I'll definitely Return to this location and I recommend to all travelers coming this way to Stop by on I-57 exit 95 in Mount Vernon, Ilinoise

I'm tired of Pilot same tired mess. Too small restroom stalls. Toilets are often filthy no matter where in the country that I go. Whenever I see a employee in there, they only sweep the floor. Its often the same with the shower stalls. Naked dirty trash cans and private toilet not being cleaned inside the bowl. And they don't want to use chorine disinfectant to clean. Allergies, they say. Well I am allergic to other people's germs and foul odor! Showers offer smell like a old sour rag mop....or the body funk of the disgusting driver who used it prior. Whenever get the same lie and excuse...they are in shift change. There's no way they are in shift change all different times of the day or night, no matter where I am to shower. I have gotten in the habit of bringing in my own Clorox bleach spray in and trying to hold my already weak bladder, just to do someone else's damned job so I don't have to squat over a filthy toilet. I know customers trash the place, but that comes with the job. It's a system of laziness that I have grown weary of. Pilot, get it together!
