We had a tire come apart traveling from Sullivan to Springfield, Missouri. The gentleman in the shop assessed the problem found a replacement tire and had us back on the road in about 20 minutes. He was great and I wish I had gotten his name to thank him personally. Great shop and employees.

Some good ole home town help with your tire needs. Honest, helpful, and affordable. Not a big corporation just great locally owned pop shop...in my opinion...the best kind :)

I have been here a few times and will continue to come back. There is no tire place in town that will beat the prices, and you don't have to worry about a rookie messing up your wheels. A+ establishment

I am from out of state and only have Google to help me out! These guys went out of their way! Not only did they balance all my tires and found the one bad tire! They didn't charge mefoe that ...... I was so surprised... When I took the car back to put on the tires they ordered for me.... I was very impressed, I got to see 3 generations..... Have a great conversation.. And know I was supporting the right business! I will support who gave me my freedom! The owner is vet! Has to say best customer service I have ever had!

I have a ridiculous tire size on my car. They were able to order and get me a tire in within 24 hours. Put it on in a timely manner. Definitely coming back here for two new tires. Superfast super efficient and super affordable

I have to agree the man was very kind and helpful,got us back on the road on a Saturday,way after hours,his son helped us get to him and was also very kind to two ppl in dire straits. I praise Yah for this place and for these two very kind men. Ty both so very muchMay Yah bless y'all in all ur comings and goings. In Yahusha's name. Let it be so. Thanks again so much guys. Well,we managed to get to Diggins township? And we are now down again! That one tire gave way not far down the road. Whew! What a trip. We seem to ride em till the wheels fall OFF!

I've never been so happy to have gotten lost for 3 hours till this shop opened. Father and son team along with the sons wife, great people . So grateful to them spotting my bad a tie rod when I came back after a tire purchase , thinking I had a bad tire. They checked it by taking it off and made sure I was save . Thank you. I hope you're whole family gets treated as well as you treat others.

HORRIBLE Customer service!!! Just one phone call showed me I will never ever there company. Acted annoyed to even answer the phone, put me on hold for 3 mins to see if he had tires in stock that I was looking for, come back says no, immediately hangs up before I can respond. Then doesn t answer when I call back . Sounds like a real bunch of winners in here at koster tires

Great service, I live in Nixa and will probably drive to him for tires. He was a super sweet guy, stayed open late, and got my tire fixed and me back on the road.

Very professional Koster's a very nice ol feller and he'll do ya right and ill promise ya that right now koster's is a family owned tire shop he's the only person i've taken my tires too since i was able to drive

Great local tire shop that has a great selection of tires and wheels. The staff is helpful and is concerned about your needs whether its repairing a tire or making a sale the service is the same-great.

Mr. Koster is a hard working man. He has never failed to fix a tire for me. I know he often works late at nights trying to meet the growing demand in our little town.

I bought tires on-line for my car. I called them at 10 a.m my tires where on and I was gone by 11:30 a.m. They charged me 12.00 a tire the other place I called wanted 30.00. They were friendly and professional.
