Pulled up and was greeted by the Store manager on a Sunday afternoon. He helped us without hesitation and had everything for us quickly. Customer service is top notch. My brother went back in to ask another question and a different sales associate helped him. Very knowledgeable and friendly people.Clean environment and shelves are stocked. We drove out of our way to come to this store . As we looked on website to see if they had what we needed. Have previously used their competitors, but their customer service was not good.

Can t say enough good things about my experience today. Levi was phenomenal to work with. I limped my car into the parking lot with electrical issues, and he happily came out in the August heat to run diagnostics. Between testing, labor, and helping to find a spot to get my alternator replaced, Levi spent more than an hour with me and went far above and beyond the call of duty. His abundant kindness and outstanding customer service made it incredibly easy for me to give my highest recommendation for the business. I ll be back!

Fantastic service. Welcomed at the door, ask if we needed help. Spent a good half hour going through the screws to fix our license plate that had a stripped screw when trying to replace with new one. Very professional and friendly. Always have had excellent service in this store.

My mother inlaw went into this AutoZone. To see if they had anything to seal a small crack on her radiator overflow bottle. The salesman sold her radiator flush and helped her put it in. In the parking lot. And sold her some stop leak. And instucted her to put it in when she got home. When she just had a new radiator and water pump recently installed. I am 2000 miles away. She is a single mother with no help. Now she has no way of flushing that out of her radiator. Her shop is in Springfield. And here i thought only shops take advantage of woman.

The workers are extremely helpful. I did get a bad part from them and that stinks but they fixed the problem. They even carry heavy parts out to your car without being asked. Very much appreciated.

Employee Joanne was super rude. I went in to get push pin retainers and asked an employee im familiar with to help find the right size. Joanne was making remarks to other employees about me and the gentleman helping me saying "he shouldn't have his "friends" in the store for periods of time just slacking off." She was also outside the maindoors smoking a cigarette in front of customers and blocking them from entering. Very unprofessional. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and im thankful for him!

Bought fifteen different sized lug nuts for 20 bucks to get these lug nut caps off my tire. Turns out I didn't need any of them, and all I had to do was pop the caps off (the star shaped hole is to confuse burglars apparently, basterds). Not Autozone's fault; they did great, and if my car had been made by a non idiot I would have needed the star wrenches.

Had just what I needed. A bit overpriced but had to have the parts so availability in an emergency typically outweighs a small price difference... for myself anyway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tremendously helpful staff that will help you find a part number if they don't carry it, and work with you to get you what you need.

Watch out for their 'warranty'. Bought my alternator there, went bad in 2 days, they did give me another but refused to reimburse for labor. I've had to pay twice to install. They would've reimbursed labor if shop came in to buy part. However, they didn't tell me that. When I asked them for a shop recommendation, they offered for an employee to install on his day off. They didn't even refer me to a place that would've told me that.

This is where I usually buy auto parts. They care always friendly and helpful and if I'm the one asking questions they talk to me, not like some places where they automatically act as if I'm not there and speak to my husband. They never talk down to me or act rudely. There is an O'Reilly right across the street, but their customer service stinks.

Had an altinator issue. They tested my battery and everything was working fine. Went to garage suggested to me by the employee. Come to find out there is a clutch in the altinator that still charges the battery but will set off the battery light on the dash if it sticks.Dodge ,jeep manufacturers make this altinator. And the newer vehicles you can no longer pull the terminal off the battery to test your altinator. It will kill the motor.

Almost positive I was sold the wrong u joints for my truck, I installed them and 4 days and 1,000 miles later they fault. Then I loose my driveshaft at 75+ miles per hour. Went into store to explain situation, the employees were not helpful at all and basically said im out of luck and now half to replace a $850 driveshaft that was damaged to a faulty u joint. They said " we will file a claim it may take 4-6 weeks. Now I don't have a truck for my job until i come up with 800 dollars. Thanks autozone. Thanks.

Prices are high on some things but really reasonable on most. I've spent a lot ofoney here the last year or so as this is the only place I go to buy parts for both mine and my parents cars. But so far there hasn't been something we've needed that they couldn't get the next morning if they don't have it on hand at this store.

We tried O'Reilly, and that didn't work out. We tried AutoZone, and that also didn't work out. Very poor customer treatment by the commercial accounts folks. Brooke was especially hateful and never available to talk to. We have exclusively moved our account to Singer's Auto Parts where I am not asked if I have an automatic transmission when I go in for wiper blades.

Polite, knowledgeable staff. Was able to get everything I needed to complete transmission install and to fix some wiring on another vehicle. I enjoy every visit i make here.
