We ve had poor customer service experiences with Marshall WalMart Tire Dept., but decided the convenience and urgency trumped previous experiences. Asked for an oil change/cabin air filter (notdone or given a reason why)change/tire balance. Asked that they top off all fluids. They said they called regarding a lugnut key that couldn t be located, neither myself or husband have any missed calls or voicemails. They sold the tires that we had requested to someone else and then didn t have anymore.Took my car to Walmart sedalia, service manager offered to set aside tires till I could get there, we bought emergency lug nut keys with us, and new tires are now being installed. Next review will be to the great guys at Walmart Sedalia for their kindness and understanding and valuing our business.Would like to say Denise O. at Marshall WalMart, was quite pleasant, and helpful in taking down our info and getting us quotes etc. for new tires which then we agreed to a certain set. Unfortunately she wasn t there when we came back today. Feel like she would ve been a bit more forthcoming with info when they couldn t locate our key, and sympathetic when tires were sold out under us with nothing to replace with.

A core charge is for the part I exchange when I buy the new one it's not a charge added to the transaction and they told me I was wrong rude I won't be back ...Autozone has a 22 dollar core compared to walmarts $12coreThe guy at the register was rude and manager unhelpful

I was broke down on the highway on Sunday. They mounted a new tire and had me back on the road very quickly.

They are rude and lazy they don't really want to do anything. I took 4 brand new tires in and asked them to put them on a d they said no looks like they sat too long they was brand new

Great staff in and out. And when they say that they are open until 7 this Walmart automotive center actually means 7. Unlike Columbia automotive center. Thanks again.

Slowest service I've ever experienced. One hour and 45 minutes after the car was pulled into the garage to change one tire. 3 different people worked on it at 3 different times rotating between breaks I assume. 3 people who came in after me left before me. This isn't the first time for this kind of service either.

Had to buy tires in Topeka during road trip and they did not balance tires correctly. Marshall Walmart rebalanced them and the vibration is gone! Good job guys!

Lazy workers,all except one guy. Came up with every excuse to not have to change out my bad tire.... on two different separate occasions.

It was awesome everyone show respect and I felt like Home and they did everything I requested so I would continue to come back every month

Got a oil change, chassis lube, and mounted 2 tires. Was there as soon as they opened at 9. Didn't get out of there until about 2. Paid full price. Then had to tighten my oil filter cause they left it loose causing it to leak.

These hours must not be updated. Went out there based on the hours listed expecting to get tires changed but they actually don't open until noon.

Really don't have a problem with their work, but don't depend on them to call you when your car is finished, never happens.

Took my car in to get a tire fixed and they tell me it's going to be 3 hours a 15 minute job takes 3 hours. Well it's been 2 hours now and counting

They won't let you watch them work on yr car. And the mechanics have a Feud with the check out employees. Lol.

It took 2 1/2 hours to fix a tire and put on a new one. Waiting room is stuffy.
