Need more clarity on how reliable Thompson towing and recovery is? He s the man for the Job!! Just called him early in the morning and he came within 20 minutes! One of the nicest guys you could ever meet. HIGHLY recommend. Very reasonable prices!!

A wonderful experience. I called and was answered right away. We scheduled for 4 pm to unlock my car. At four he was there, and it was even raining. He was able to unlock my car within 5 minutes. I definitely will be calling again if I ever need assistance again.

Keys were locked in the truck, and within minutes he was there and fixed the situation. Truly the best experience I've ever had with that kind of situation because of this business. Highly recommend!

My son locked his keys in his truck that he just had purchased ,and that was running and were getting ready to drive to school. Amazing service! Answered the call right away and was present to get my son and I and our broke down vehicle off I-70 within 15 minutes of the call. He connected me with a mechanic and a car rental place nearby and took us to those places while we took care of business. This was first class service and at a great price. I am still blown away how well Thompson Towing & Recovery handled our emergency situation. Such a blessing.

Took Thomp about 10 mins to get to me and get some equipment flipped back over. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended, especially during a time of stress these situations usually are. 11/10!

If you need a good honest company for any of your towing needs Craig is the man to go to! We called him at 10pm needing assistance with our vehicle that was stuck in the mud. I called needing an emergency tow on a Sunday and Mr. Thompson was there within 15 minutes of me calling him. He was kind and respectful and charged me a fair price to go from Marshall to Columbia.

Unfortunately my kids accidentally locked my keys in my car at about 530pm. After many failed attempts, I called at about 7 pm. He arrived at my home in carrollton rather quickly (about 9) and quickly unlocked my car for an extremely fair price! I work for a social service agency. We called needing a homeless family's car towed and Mr. Thompson donated his service. Not many people would do that. The service was fast and he was super nice to the family involved. Equipment was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend using Thompson Towing and Recovery, not only for the quality service but for his willingness to help others when they are down on their luck.

Craig was awesome! Picked up and my Subaru up when everyone was closed and even suggested a mechanic to help me get back on the road. Hopefully I never need a tow again, but if I do, I also hope Craig is the person to help me out.
