Hands down, the best diesel & big truck mechanics around!

We had a truck and trailer broke down around 3 miles from Marshall. This happened around 6am, so we started searching for "roadside assistance". Marshall Diesel was the first thing that came up on a search, and it clearly states" Roadside assistance available" on their website. We began calling, but no answer. We thought it was strange for this type of service not to have someone answer the phone, or at least a machine telling us when they would be available. We decided to wait until 8am and catch someone there. Well, after sitting along side the road for 2 and a half hours, we did get someone. They told my son they were busy today and it would be a couple days before they could get him in. He again explained he was broke down along side the road side the road and really needed some help. They said there was nothing they could do that morning, so he hung up. I never leave reviews, had to ask how to even do it, but my hope is that people do pay attention and read these when looking for somewhere to have work done. This was literally unbelievable what they told an out of town person that was broke down. I would walk home before I gave this shop any of my money....

Had truck delivering in Marshall MO, developed a leaky brake chamber they got him in and out within a half hour. GREAT SERVICE and driver says they are very friendly.

I would recommend Marshall Diesel to anyone needing mechanical work done. They are fast,professional and very nice people.
