Stopped by here during a long drive back to florida as my jeep had a flashing engine light. They checked it all immediately and reassured me that everything was ok. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the following people at Marshall CDJR for the amazing customer service and making the car buying experience easy and definitely one to remember. A huge thanks to Hunter, T.C, Scott in finance, and a HUGE THANK YOU to Tina Martin! Just recently purchased a 2022 Challenger Hellcat on 4/2 which was ordered for me from Marshall on 2/14. This was my first time building and ordering a car and T.C and Tina did an amazing job walking through the whole ordering process with me and answering any questions I had. Tina is hands down the best person I have ever worked with. Getting you the deal right and always there to help you no matter the time of day. I am so thankful to have met her many years ago and she s someone I look up to tremendously! Words can t express how amazing she is at what she does! Thank you so much Tina!! They kept me updated the whole way through the build process and I honestly couldn t be happier with my new car. I will forever be a customer at Marshall CSJR as they do such an amazing job connecting with you and making sure your car buying experience is easy and smooth. I can t thank them enough! From sales to management all the way to the ownership, you will not find a better dealership. Great selection of vehicles with EXCEPTIONAL pricing and fair offers for trades, their service goes ABOVE and BEYOND to exceed your expectations. Dustin in sales is excellent. He is Knowledgeable about his inventory and thorough in helping you find a vehicle to fit the needs of your family. Financing is made easy and FAST. Very experienced management. Christian was my salesman and I cannot say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the paperwork and all the details about my car. He made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. He cared about my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered! Highly recommend him!

Hand down the best experience purchasing a vehicle. We had the best experience here with Jack Rowland. We walked in with a messy situation and not a whole lot of hope to fix it but Jack and the team here were so helpful and we were able to get our trade done and in a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L! Would highly recommend coming to this dealership!

They were absolutely wonderful. The dealers all the way through to finance made buying a truck the easiest and most comfortable I have ever done. They were polite, not pushy and each person that worked there went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. I love the process they have there. They aren't bouncing you from Libre place to another. You aren't sitting around for hours waiting for something to get done. Just a great experience.

We were in dire need. Our car broke down and didn't know how my husband would get to work in KC. I saw listing for cars on Facebook. And contacted Dustin. He worked absolute magic. Even with our credit issues, time restraints, available down payment funds and immobility. He got us financed, and when he drove up to in the car he thought was best for us, we were thrilled. Right down to the color of the vehicle. It is perfect!!I cThere are no words to express how perfect everything went. We will go thru for our next car and recommend 10000%

Tony was great. I was walking to work because my current truck was broken down. Tony was able to pay off my old truck and get me and my family a new reliable vehicle. He is awesome and the guys at Marshall Chrysler!
